  • Best way to break the guard after catching that arm is to start walking towards that arms shoulder. It will make the guard holders body twist painfully. Sometimes dont even need to give elbow to that thigh. It will be painful as hell.

  • I have got some strange idea why not while open his legs and holding his arm not try stepover ?It might be brutal but worth try.

  • I'm not sure how easily you're going to break his guard by just pushing down on his leg with your elbow. If you're not creating space between his hips and yours there's too much strength in the legs to simply break them.

  • @strokerman01 Unless you've never had this guard pass pulled on you, you know that the inside of the thigh is REALLY sensitive. enough pressure with the point of the elbow will make almost anyone let loose, if only for a brief second.
