for my birthday i was planning on getting a bow, to me the compund bow is a very cool and techniqal bow but also they are very expensive, but they are also convient, you can find arrows and stuff for them at dicks sporting goods which i am at frequently, but longbow look really awesome and like they require more skill, but to the point, i am 14 turning 15, 6' 0" and 180 lbs, i was thinking about a compund 55-75# or a longbow 70# please tell me what i should get and from where

@limeheadrickey i shoot a diamond rapture coumpound and i love it to death its an '04 model but it rips em out and i took a deer with it last year full on pass through

and im 17 6' 1" 160 lbs and it fits me perfect

diamond/bowtech is the only company i trust and hoyt and mathews are bragged up a lot but i dont like em

@xxbowkillerxx the Invasion is not an upgrade from the Destroyer by any means. Yes it's still a sweet shooting bow, but the Destroyer is still faster and more forgiving. The Invasion is a lil quieter though. This is coming from experience, plus several others at the bow shop feeling the same. Personally, I'm not giving up my Destroyer for an Invasion.

@Amrraa I bought it as soon as it came out last year! It blows the others away, I sold my mathews to get this bow! the destroyer is the way to go!

bowtech! rules the finest shooting bows ever, i shot the destroyer 350 at the bow shop, wow it blew my truth bow away, incredible smoothness and power and blitzkrieg speed, gotta get one them puppys!!
