A minute into the video there is some graffiti that I beleive is incorrectly translated. I think the author uses broken english and so the propper translation is this:
My Name is ???
I'm in for life.
I killed my Mother-in-law.
I never kill. Sorry for what I did.
If I could do it again
Wish I had the chance.
I added in some words for clarity. But the message is still intact. The author is showing remorse and not intent to kill again.

Don Jail, as others have said, would have made a great tourist attraction for Toronto. Our smaller version of Alcatraz.
There would be no shortage of tourists wanting to see inside it. Night tours would be a great attraction too!

damn shame that BP Health in renovating it :( it would have made an interesting tourist attraction, kinda like Alcatraz Island in the states
