  • These jokers can explain anything. Faith is a powerful obstacle to critical thinking.

  • Well, no they haven't failed! Because the church is BIGGER than ever and still going strong! And the Blessings we receive are amazing and full of love from our Heavenly Father for having faith and following his commandments.

  • @Aldensmawmaw

    Agree!

  • All of J S's prophesies failed. Don't be deluded.

  • When I read about prophecies Joseph Smith made that never materialized, I get the strong impression that God played lots of games with Joseph Smith.

"Joseph, my beloved son: if X, Y and Z occur, Q will happen very soon." But quietly God is thinking, "Yeah, like X and Y are ever going to happen!"

Of course, there are simpler explanations for Smith's failed prophecies, but one way you can sustain faith in Joseph Smith is to allow that God yanked Smith's chain pretty often.

  • @iqlusionblogspot I'm a strong mormon and that sounds silly to me. God doesn't yank chains...he tests us.

  • @AdamWyson Do you believe God to be logical?

  • @AdamWyson i always find mormons interesting

  • odd, how none of you question the authenticity of the Koran, or that Mohammed may have been a false prophet. Neither do you seemed concerned that Muslims practice polygamy to this day

  • the truth is He slept with teen age girls lied to his wife and mad in doctrine .

  • How can anyone believe in a polytheistic religion? God is One.

  • Origen lived post Jesus Christ and was very influencial as to what was inserted into our modern day Bible. He agreed that The Pre Existance of man had to be left out because it interuppted with 'The One" for eternity. He missed a few since there is reference to man existing before this life. There were others I would list them bust recently lost my little library I had stored.

  • How great indeed is our debt to [Joseph Smith]... It was he who brought us a true knowledge of God the Eternal Father and His Risen Son, the Lord Jesus Christ. During the short time of his great vision he learned more concerning the nature of Deity than all of those who through centuries had argued that matter in learned councils and scholarly forums. Gordaon B. Hinkley

  • You again give no facts as usaul, Show the evidence that one species has changed to another. You can't. And for Plato? NeoPlatoism should be the name of Christianity today. appears you haven't studied Plato. 427 years to be exact, plenty of time to effect the Christian Church. You won't answer and you never will, but how and where did the Saduccesses and Pharisies come from? The Philosophers of the time. The leaders of the early born again Christian Church of today.

  • @scott Would you care to prove any of the claims you are making?

You don't really expect that you will be believed just because you say it, do you?

  • Atheisam has a big problem, no species has ever turned into another species, it never has been shown. A Finch is a Finch is a Finch

  • @scottwins2

Um, sorry but you're wrong again. Evolution has occurred over MILLIONS of years, so obviously you wouldn't see the changes... you live less that 100 years yourself. The vast majority of the scientific community affirms that evolution happened. Even most Mormons believe in evolution... they simply say that god created the animals through evolution... that it was his process.

And Plato PRE-dates Christ by about 350 years. Can't blame him.

  • Interesting, Atheists on here never give that info up front. hate, heresay and accusation is there watchwords. I guess studying the Big Bang gets old after awhile so if they try to chew on something it helps justify there sins.

  • @scottwins2

"hate, heresay and accusation is there watchwords..."

Funny, we non- believers feel the same way about Christians on here! Tell you what, let's all respect each other and have civil debate. There's specific reasons why I no longer believe in either the Book of Mormon nor the Bible, and the reason why I share them is that, I too, believe I have an important message... just like Mormon missionaries believe their message is important.

Oh, and I'm not a hard-line atheist, either.

  • @ZelphKinderhook Your an Agnostic then? look, Plato is the person that really started the mess up in Christainity, Neo Platoism, he believed that since everything was corruptable that the only things that could exist forever were True, TheBeautiful , and The Good. after awhile he gave it a name. The One, or The Devine this was carried on into The Church and one reason why Crist was rejected, the Saduccesses, and Pharisies were part of this. Then Constaintine happened and wrecked it more.

  • @scottwins2

How do you know what Plato believed?

  • @Thunkful2 Look him up, Plato "The One". Today Christianity is mixed with philosophy. That was the birth of the Trinity. Later the Saducceeses and Pharisees put pressure on the church. Later other philosphers such as Origen took out parts of scripture that did not fit the Trinitarian mold. The Bible came about 75 BC. after Jerusalem was destroyed. Other Philosophers and the Catholic Church at Niacea, God was so big he filled the Universe! Yet so small he could dwell in you heart!

  • @scottwins2

Look him up? I have a master's degree in Greek from the U of Minnesota. Now if you have some source of what Plato believed, kindly tell me. All I know of is dialogues he wrote where a character named Socrates gets the best of the argument. I don't know of any systematic treatise written by Plato.

The Trinity comes from inductive Bible study. There is one God; but 3 ego's called YHWH. Ergo the Trinity. The Bible was finished in AD, not BC. Jeru was destroyed AD 70.

  • @scottwins Pardon me for asking, but

    How do you know that

    1) Trinity started w/ Plato

    2) the Sads & Phars pressured the church to give birth to the Trinity?

    3) philosophers took parts of scripture out?

    4) there was a RCC at Nicaea (not "Niacea")?

Have you been imbibing modern speculations?

  • @Thunkful2 Plato did not want to reveal what he had had dicovered, it took two yrs for his friends two get him to tell what it was, that the only things that could exist for ever was The True, The Beautiful, The Good. He called it "The Devine" or "The One" So powerful was this in the Greek world that it became to influence Philosophy and Religion greatly. This is why the Pharisees and Saduccees were angry, how could this man be The Christ he has a body of flesh and bones! Even after death.

  • @scottwins2

Why do you persist in just saying things. Do u think anyone will believe it just becs you say it? Do you know the difference between the Saduccees & the Pharisees?

  • @Thunkful2 The Sadducees produced no books themselves, their influence can be seen in other contemporaneous texts, namely, the New Testament, the Dead Sea Scrolls, and later, the Mishnah and Talmud. Overall, within the hierarchy, the Sadducees represented an aristocratic, wealthy, and traditional elite. This political elete was in charge of the keeping of the Temple there main view was that the resuerection did not exist. How could it Platos, "The Devine" was in the way of that belief.

  • @Thunkful2 Phrisees used Oral law the Saducees the Torah, there was a class strugle between the two. as well as other issues. Although priests controlled the rituals of the Temple, the scribes and sages, later called rabbis dominated the study of the Torah. These sages identified with the Prophets and developed and maintained an oral tradition that they believed had originated at Mount Sinai alongside the Torah of Moses. The Pharisees had its origins in this new group of authorities. Enough?

  • @scottwins2

Why do you keep on making statements? Do you suppose that anyone at all will believe you just because you say it? If you have proof for anything give it.

Enough? Enough of you just spouting off. Prove it or retract. Quote ancient sources from the time if you have them.

  • James 1:5

If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

I guess James in the Bible was miss guided too?

  • "I would that ye should come unto Christ, who is the Holy One of Israel, and partake of his salvation, and the power of his redemption. Yea, come unto him, and offer your whole souls as an offering unto him, and continue in fasting and praying, and endure to the end; and as the Lord liveth ye will be saved." Joseph Smith Jr.

  • who are zombie.

  • Man don't believe anything you hear from anyone! Take the book of Mormon, read it! Ask God if it is true through personal prayer afterward! God will answer! This is why I belong to this church because God answered my prayer. No man can tell me anything now.

  • @55keatz55 *No man can tell me anything now.* Since you've made your decision as to which man you will follow. You are following a man, nonetheless.

  • @55keatz55

I got an answer, after reading the book of mormon and praying. and the answer is that the book of mormon is completely false.

  • @ZelphKinderhook I don't know what to tell you then man. All I can say is I read the book of Mormon and the bible to prove them wrong. My reasoning was that if I could prove them wrong, then I could go and do what ever I wanted in life because God would be just a fairytale thought up by the human race. The night I finished the Book of Mormon, I read a promise in the end of the book that explicitly tells you to ask God and get a concrete answer. I did it and that moment changed my life forever.

  • @55keatz55

    Here's the secret:

Every devout person in EVERY religion feels the "spirit". That's why they're IN their religion... they feel that it's the truth. This is not unique to Mormonism.

So, by that test, ALL religions would be true, right? So, as a judge of what's true, Moroni 10:3-5 just doesn't work. You wouldn't go just on your feelings if you were on a jury in a court of law, would you?

  • @55keatz55 Good for you, GOOD FOR YOU!!! Now for a treat go to Andrea Bocelli best song ever, with the Tabernacle Choir its GREAT, then write me and tellme if youliked that song.

  • The kingdom of God was set up on the earth from the days of Adam to the present time, whenever there has been a righteous man on earth unto whom God revealed His word and gave power and authority to administer in His name. And where there is a priest of God—a minister who has power and authority from God to administer in the ordinances of the gospel and officiate in the priesthood of God—there is the kingdom of God. Joseph Smith

  • @scottwins2

that's lovely, but you have no verifiable proof of that...

  • @ZelphKinderhook You would have said the same thing about Adam, Noah Moses, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Job, David, Isaiah, Peter, Paul. Your in luck Jesus, still loved and showed Thomas

  • @scottwins2

Why yes, I would... because I don't believe in the Bible, either, and for the same reasons.

    Try again.

  • Quaker like people on the moon?

  • This is what bugs me about religion. Not only do you believe in god, but you claim to know gods will, his mind. Why are you so special, what about all the other religions that think they know what god wants. Thousands of differing gods, hundreds of conflicting will of god. What are the chances that the one you believe is really god, if god exists at all.

  • Wow, is this guy really this brainwashed or is he in on the scam.

  • @JohnECocaine nah your brainwashed

  • Several years after the Prophet Joseph Smith was martyred, he appeared to President Brigham Young and shared this timeless counsel: “Tell the people to be humble and faithful and [be] sure to keep the Spirit of the Lord and it will lead them right

  • Testimony

The Lord has declared that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is “the only true and living church upon the face of the whole earth” (D&C 1:30). This restored Church is true because it is the Savior’s Church; He is “the way, the truth, and the life” (John 14:6). And it is a living church because of the workings and gifts of the Holy Ghost. How blessed we are to live at a time when the priesthood is upon the earth and we can receive the Holy Ghost.

  • JOE SMITH AND LIES GO HAND IN HAND. VERY SAD AND FRIGHTENING

  • I know that Joseph Smith was a true prophet of God. If for no other other reason than reading the Book of Mormon and asking God if it was indeed true. By the Holy Ghost and from no other person, I know it is true. The invitation is to all, read the book with a humble heart, pray to the Lord, and the greatest blessings of all eternity are yours. I have never been happier and had more peace in my entire life. I know Joseph Smith was a prophet of God.

  • @pistolp0440

I read the Book of Mormon and took the Moroni 10 4 test--for a couple of months--and the Holy Ghost conveyed to me that the book was NOT TRUE--and further, that the LDS Church was NOT what it claimed to be. That in fact, it was a business PRETENDING to be a religion. So, I don't know what to tell you, pistol p...except,

maybe, that the Holy Ghost guy seems to be an arbitrary and capricious kinda ghost--rather unreliable in transmitting TRUTH to us.

  • little joe smith was a fail prophet and con man who enjoyed female bodies..if he had lived longer he would have married 10 year olds too...sad!!!!

  • hahahaha and you want us to BUY the book to find out about these "revelations"?? HAHAHAHAH if this book was really the word of god, it shouldnt be for sale!! you can find out about ALL the failed "prophecies" from joseph smith if you look for them here on youtube! and the bible clearly talks about that!

    MORMONS = MASTERS OF EXCUSES

  • My question is why do we even need any kind of prophet? Isn't Jesus enough? Were the prophets sinless? Shouldn't that be a requirment? Did any rise from the dead like Jesus? Oh wait, they are now there own 'gods' on other worlds.

  • @jcarter1970

Did Jesus not say he would sen prophets unto us? Did he not say that His church would he establishes on apostles and prophets??? If you aren't aware he said these things, i strongly suggest your read the Bible. Ephesians would be a good start.

  • @Tanner016 I see your verse in Eph3:5 (next time put the verse in). I appreciate you finding that for me. However, I disgree with your argument on this or maybe I don't understand your argument. Who are the prophets that the Bible is talking about? The mormon prophets? Jesus did not say to follow prophets based on this verse. I'm not putting anybody down but I don't see it. Be very careful how you interpret verses like this, especially when you fit it in your religion to make it sound good.

  • @Tanner016

There are at least 10 other churches that claim to have "prophets and apostles". Does that mean they are true, too?

Jesus also said that the way to tell if a church were "true" or a man a "prophet/apostle" is by their FRUIT. What "fruit" do you have in your church to show me?--miracles, water to wine, multiplying loves and fishes.

    walking on water, etc.??

  • All religion is quacky!

  • So God instructed Joseph Smith to sell this sacred book? Just the idea of selling vs. actually following through is NOT what a God would do. You believe in a con man. Oh here is my book of scripture which waited for thousands of years...now go sell it..haa..you have been fooled..what is more disturbing is why you dont see through this...I pitty you-

  • Sorry, but the evidence that Joseph Smith was a con man is very compelling.

  • @jscottupton The evidence that he was a prophet is very compelling also.

  • @TheOptimusprime9

    Like what, scott?

  • @42apostate Scott? Not sure if you've got the right guy. Anyways the translations and revelations that come through Joseph are remarkable evidence that he was a prophet in as much a sense that any other prophet in history can be considered as such.

  • @TheOptimusprime9

    Sorry.

I was responding to you but hit jscottupton's name instead of yours.

First, JS never "translated" anything. If the story is true, JS merely COPIED what GOD translated into English from the "Reformed Egyptian" found on the plates, and placed on the stones in Joseph's hat. Joe read the English words he saw there and read them to his scribe. No "translation" done by Joe.

Yes Joseph was as good a prophet as David Koresh, Marshal Applewhite and SDA's El. White.

  • @42apostate Meh, I was thinking more along the lines of moses, jeremiah, or peter actually.

  • @TheOptimusprime9

    I suspected so.

But why is that? Because he claimed it to be so?

  • "It's about getting in front of as many people as possible," said Wilson, 25, of Kansas City, Kan.

"Our message is unique. We share the message of the restoration of the gospel, about the roles of prophets through time and a lot about who God actually is."

  • @omiolo

    WHO??

  • While there, Sister Dalton provided instruction on Young Women values and the importance of preparing to go to the temple, the House of the Lord. The importance of councils was stressed using the example that when all are involved in watching over a young woman, the adversary cannot break through the sources of strength provided by the council.

  • @omiolo

    WHEN WAS THAT?

  • The following week, Sister Dalton traveled to Antananarivo, Madagascar, where she was met prior to the training meeting by young women with banners representing the eight Young Women values — faith, divine nature, individual worth, knowledge, choice and accountability, good works, integrity and virtue.

  • @omiolo

WHERE DID YOU SAY THAT WAS??

  • During their Duty to God experience, young men will learn gospel principles and make plans in four areas: Spiritual Strength, Priesthood Duties, For the Strength of Youth and Preparing to Receive the Melchizedek Priesthood.

  • @omiolo

...AND..on the other hand he wore a glove...

  • The program allows young men to personalize their understanding of their duties while enlisting the support of their parents, quorum leaders and fellow members.

  • @omiolo

How were you able to determine this?

  • The new Duty to God program follows a pattern for each office of the Aaronic Priesthood. First, a young man will have opportunities to learn his duties, then he will make plans to fulfill those duties and, last, he will share his experience of what he has learned and done with parents and fellow quorum members and seminary classmates.

  • @omiolo

    THEN there was the flood!

  • @42apostate and?

  • I don't know if Joseph smith is presented as a superman the basis of fact here is was he lying or was he telling the truth but how about this for four statements he taught of christ lived his life in a christ like manner he translated scripture and died a marters death like other prophets his work in his blood a testament itself. other people who have had opinions have eventually denied them but those other witnesses although enduring some bad times themselves didn't. something to think on eh?

  • Comment removed

  • Could be? Maybe not. That sounds like a real prophecy to me.

  • @awolLDSasap How can we be certain this revelation isn't like the Book of Abraham papyrus and has another missing piece and the one we have is not the revelation ....blah blah blah

  • @IExposeMormonism.... A conditional revelation from God? Mob action interrupted the revelation? Yep, some god was his right hand man when this revelation was interrupted by Josephs adultery and theft. I'll just bet this revelation was written after the fact.

  • @awolLDSasap I'm seeing More "after the fact-ism" with Mormon diaries. Like at the MMMassacre. Almost every entry is after the fact. and they use the same language. like when you read a book or hear words and you quote them. But they don't sound like personal experiences. they sound like false slanders against an innocent people. Mormon revelations caused the MMM and "After the Fact" is an apt phrase for many Mormon myths.

  • @IExposeMormonism He mentions that this revelation was mentioned and quoted by discenters. Until now, Mormons wouldn't have any of that. There were also many people that brought up facts about how the bookamormon was written. Signed afidavits said that Sidney Rigdon was the brain behind it. Mormons today won't accept any of those facts either. They would never "dis" the profit.

  • @awolLDSasap At 55 seconds he mentions "since we had no text, how do you argue against that..." Well, like the BofM, you just say X. You're done. This was a special revelation:: It was all "If, then, if, perhaps, if, maybe. Sounds like a dow jones prophecy. And both subjects do involve money.

  • @IExposeMormonism Very similar to Joseph smiths crystal ball antics. If, maybe, could be....

  • @awolLDSasap it is an ANTImormon HATE fest here. My God is love!

  • @omiolo You're right. The god invented by Joseph Smith would never send anyone to hell. Why fear him? Just forget about the eternal wrathfull God who will judge pride and the works of men.

  • @awolLDSasap --For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment; --

  • @omiolo You're not allowed to use Biblical verse when your profit says it's not translated correctly.

  • @awolLDSasap Thank You for misquoting a Prophet of God. But hey, when that is the ONLY way you can get him to say what you want...................

  • @omiolo

    God of Love?

Is that the god who instructed his followers to not allow blacks to hold His holy priesthood cuz they wuz unworthy and cursed? Was that the god who condemns people who are, through no fault of their own, GAY?

Is THAT the god who makes it mandatory to pay money to get to heaven?

Somehow I don't think those two "gods" are in any way related...

  • The fraud of Joseph can be easily seen by anyone. On page 41 of the Pearl of Great Price, Joseph identifies the Egyptian godesses Isis and Maat as King Pharaoh, and prince of Pharaoh. He identifies the Egyptian god Osiris as Abraham sitting on Pharaohs throne. You can look the egyptian gods up in any encyclopedia, on the internet, in any book on egyptian writings etc. Joseph could not tell the difference between a picture of a man and a woman, little own give real prophecy.

  • Pre-existence has been invoked to explain "the better angels of our nature," including the human yearning for transcendence and the sublime; it suggests a reason for the frequent sensation of alienation and the indelible sadness of human existence.

  • Pre-existence has been urged to account for why we know what we should not know, to explain the unevenly distributed pain and suffering that are humanity's common lot, and has been triumphantly invoked to rescue God's justice and honor

  • Regarding the copyright revelation, Esplin fails to mention that Smith sent them to the WRONG CITY.

  • @aaronshaf2006

Lives lived in pre-mortal realms have explained convincingly the uncannily instantaneous bonds between friends and between lovers, forged so profoundly they seem to possess their own mysterious prehistory. And many philosophers have found in human premortality the necessary precondition for a will that is genuinely free and independent.

  • aaronshaf2006, oh no, you mean Joseph wasn't perfect? Maybe thats why he continualy stressed that being a prophet does not mean you aren't human like everyone else?

  • The brethren don't care about little historical facts like that. The only important thing is to present JOspeh as superman.

  • Dr. Peterson is a professor of Islamic Studies and Arabic at BYU, where he teaches Arabic language and literature at all levels, Islamic philosophy, Islamic culture and civilization, Islamic religion, the Qur'an, the introductory and senior "capstone" courses for Middle Eastern Studies majors, and various other occasional, specialized classes. .

  • He is the editor of the twice-annual FARMS Review, the author of several books and numerous articles on Islamic and Latter-day Saint topics-including a biography entitled Muhammad: Prophet of God (Eerdmans, 2007)-and has lectured across the United States, in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand, and at various Islamic universities in the Near East and Asia

  • *Apologetics is the defense of one's faith

A native of southern California, Daniel C. Peterson received a bachelor's degree in Greek and philosophy from Brigham Young University (BYU) and, after several years of study in Jerusalem and Cairo, earned his Ph.D. in Near Eastern Languages and Cultures from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).

  • I grew up in Utah. The people that yell at Mormons because they think God hates them only succeed in making themselves look stupid, too. People that actually analyze where it comes from are much more fun to talk to. The fact that a guy could make a religion this stupid and have it be where it is is awesome. If he could do it... what are you capable of?

  • Seriously, this is one of the most inspiring things I've read today. I never really thought of Joseph Smith as an entrepreneur, just another con-man.

  • anyway, why does Joseph Smith have to come from New York. Why couldn't it be some asian person in the middle of asia having these visions and Jesus coming to asia to save the people, its always got to be America-centric.

  • There are many good people upon the earth. There are many unselfish people. There are others who believe in Christ as we do. We are not alone in praying to our Heavenly Father or in receiving answers to our prayers; our Father loves all of His children. But we must never forget that only in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the priesthood of God. Only here is the Lords prophet. Only here is the sacred sealing power that allows families to continue as families forever

  • And of course if the LDS Church is the only true church on earth, every other religion is wrong.

How lucky you must feel to have found the only true religion out of the thousands available--and to know with certainty that only yours is the truest!

  • Mis ovejas oyen mi voz y me siguen, dice Jesus.

  • I like the statement He loves the Lord with all his heart who loves nothing in comparison of him, and nothing but in reference to him.7 Jesus said, If ye love me, keep my commandments (John 14:15).

  • All your comments here remind me why I gave up faith in a higher power. If there is a higher power, his will is only to gather the weakest minded of us and then have us fight each other and outsiders all while preaching conversion to amass more weak willed foot soldiers. You all have fun with that.

  • Oh, a "Conditional Revelation". Mormons don't need Astro-Lube, like Brigham Young said, they "have the smoothest liars around.

  • You are all morons. I hope you all kill each other, so you can find all that the afterlife entails is dirt and worms.

  • A man of god would never wish for such things

  • hey, i think if you make enough positive comments on youtube you will make it to the celestial kingdom

  • It's amazing to think how little we actually know about the restored gospel. We know only what we need to know, but the Lord is making known every day important pieces of not only history but of his words.

  • The mormons are blasphemous apes who worship prophet of satan joseph smith then the mormons have the NERVE to USE Jesus Christ name on the mormons so called church, b/c satan and joseph smith got together to USE Jesus name on the mormons so called church just to try and fool Gods children.

  • Mormons worship JESUS CHRIST. The name of the "Mormon" Church is the Church of JESUS CHRIST of Latter-day Saints. They do not, nor have they ever worshiped Joseph Smith. It's against the ten commandments - and the Mormons believe and follow the ten commandments.

Joseph Smith is respected as a prophet - like Moses, Abraham, Isaiah, or Malachi. Accusing them of more than that is ignorant defamation and is worthy of hellfire. "Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor."

  • Save it you mormon liar, the mormons worship satan, cus it was satan who visited that piece of shit prophet of satan joseph smith and those two got together to use Jesus Christ name on the mormons so called church just to try and fool Gods children.. and you mormon scum have the NERVE TO STILL USE JESUS NAME AS A MOCKERY CUS ITS ACTUALLY SATANS CHURCH, THE CATHOLIC CHURCH IS JESUS CHRIST CHURCH..

  • Wow. Such maturity. I suppose I expected better from one of your Church. Does your church not teach you to "love one another"? Did not Christ Jesus teach us just that?

That aside, Mormons worship Jesus Christ. If you had the mental capacity of a three year old, you'd have noticed that already. Frankly, if the first of the articles of faith is, "We believe in God the Eternal Father, and in His Son, Jesus Christ, and in the Holy Ghost" it would only make sense that Mormons love and worship Jesus.

  • Hey yera is right you people worship joseph smith or like yera said the prophet of satan joseph smith, its been proven that the mormons mock Jesus Christ. Stay the hell away from our children

  • You claim it's "been proven that the Mormons mock Jesus Christ". By whom, exactly, was this conclusion drawn? Anyone who knows anything about Mormonism knows that Mormons truly worship, not mock, Jesus Christ. So, in order to draw such a conclusion, you would have to ignore facts. But, then again, fact doesn't seem to be something you're very interested in.

If Joseph were Satan's prophet, he sure did a lousy job. He did nothing but preach for the Saviour, Jesus Christ.

    Your logic is flawed.

  • That scumbag mormon prophet of satan joseph smith did nothing but blasphemize Jesus Christ and like satan smith was also jealous of Jesus by claiming HES BETTER THAN CHRIST, AND YES HE DID CLAIM THAT..smith is rotting in hell for his blasphemy

  • I would be delighted in seeing that quote, Chains. Just delighted. Could you find it for me?

  • Save it asshole there is NOTHING that a mormon will say thats valid.. you pigs MOCK JESUS CHRIST, satan visited mormon prophet of satan joseph smith and those two butt plugs used Jesus Christ name on the mormons so called church just to try and fool Gods children, and you assholes continue to use Jesus name on satan and prphet of satans church to mock Jesus.. if you said this to my face I'd knock your teeth out for mocking Christ

  • Your language is beautiful, Yera. I'm amazed at your eloquence.

It seems you are rather obsessed with Satan. Personally, as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, I much prefer to speak of Jesus. He's a much better man. And, as the Book of Mormon states, "there is no flesh that can dwell in the presence of God, save it be through the merits, and mercy, and grace of the Holy Messiah", Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can be saved. This is Mormon Doctrine.

  • Knocking out my teeth isn't very Christlike. Even so, you're more than welcome to try. I'll just give you the other cheek and let you have another go. Jesus said, "Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely... bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you" (Matt 5:11,44)

God bless you. Keep reading your Bible. It's a magnificent book!

  • YOu know where to find it butt plug

  • Oh. But I don't I'm just an ignorant Mormon!

  • the mormons seem jealous of the Catholics like satan is jealous of God. The mormons truly worship satan and pray to joseph smith

  • When satan visited prophet of satan joseph smith and those two got together to use Jesus Christ name on the mormons so called church just to try and fool Gods children, dont you dare mock Jesus in my presence by using his name on satans mormon church, btw, you mormons are NOT catholic so why worry about vulgar language, you mormns have this sick hard on with trying to appear Catholic.. yet you mormons have fouler mouths then anyone

  • The "Catholic" Church doesn't even use Jesus' name in its name. Is that alone not evidence it is not Christ's church?

Why would any Mormon want to appear Catholic? I despise that idea. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, not 'the Church Universal' which sits upon many waters.

I have not, nor would I even mock Jesus Christ, my Saviour and Redeemer. Despite your delusion, it is Christ I worship, not Satan. Jesus is my one and all. Nothing you say can change that.

  • Hey asshole, yeah you mormons keep trashing Jesus Christ church the Catholic Church and youur satanic cult will end up in a holy war, I'd rather pray to saints then be a mormon and pray to the prophet of satan scumbags like joseph smith and brigham young.. hey we're better then you pigs, we have God, you mormons have satan

  • Hey LOSER watch what you say about the Catholic Church boy. Jesus Christ name is invalid on your so called church, satan visited prophet of satan joseph smith and those two got together to use Jesus Christ name on the mormons so called church just to try and fool Gods children, his name on satans church is a MOCKERY and you mormons continue to mock Christ by using his name, speak of Christ in mockery by using his name on your church to my face and I would knock you out. Im not liking this,

  • so if i created a new christian sect and used the name Jesus Christ in it, would that make it right?

  • Its been proven by thousands of researchers throughout the decades that mormonism is full of lies, deciet and trickery, do look it up you lazy mormon dick

  • Oh, yes. Researchers. Those guys are awesome. They've also "proven" the earth to be flat, "proven" humans to be the great grandchildren of apes, and "proven" both Jesus and the Bible as frauds. Those guys are great!

Any researcher can 'prove' anything they want to through misinformation, misrepresentation, and less-than-reliable information. Science changes its opinion on everything every few years. They have their own tortillas with their Gods in them.

Examples of "proof" would be lovely.

  • Thats what I thought

  • Wow you mormons are just sick with jealousy over the Catholic Church, they always say a mormon jealous of a Catholic is like satan is jealous of God, you mormons keep your shit up and if the slander continues, there will be a holy war between the Catholics and mormons and guess what, you mormons will be in for a rude awakening..the mormons mock Jesus on satans mormon church and pray to prophet of satan joseph smith

  • A Holy War, really? Hasn't your church already done several of those? Nothing changes... except the doctrine of your Universalized Church.

Try a quick browsing of the web. I mean, seriously. The Crusades? The Inquisition? The lovely priests? Forbidding to so much as read a copy of the Holy Bible till the 16th century? Worshiping Mary? Praying to Saints? Your obsession with Satan?

If that is not all heresy, then, seriously, what is?

  • Yerabiggerjokefool if you really do belong to the Catholic church then shame on you. Your comments do not reflect well on the Catholic chuch. I know there are truths in every religion and also very good people as well. If you were truly a man of god, you would be humble and would only share love and positive thoughts. Instead you talk of a holy war and share negative thoughts with those who have different beliefs then you.

  • Nothing that a mormon says is valid, you people worship a scumbag mormon prophet of satan joseph smith
