its easier to just get modio and find a hex edit program for skyrim and just save it with all max but thats not modding. When people say modding they don't think console commands they think those sexy skins, those bonus quests, those texture packs, and of course all those player made weapons

Okay so i successfully used modio giving myself full Daedric as well as the Dragon Priest masks. My 2nd time doing this it didn't work out after meticulously following the instructions 5 times in a row. I wanted to get Shadowmere back since i jumped off a cliff by accident and killed him. Well for some reason every time i place the modded save back onto the usb plug it in and go to xbox it acts as if i never changed it when i did. What could be the problem because i did everything right..?

probably works with anything: download an updated jailbreak file onto a USB stick, put it in the console and try using the jailbreak file through the memory stick without installing it onto the console... that way it's probably untraceable...

or download a mod file, convert the mod file into a file supported by the console, repeat the previous process and it should work... hopefully...

also dont use psb, it unlocks glitched spells and shouts. just go to coc qasmoke and get all the tomes.

@harrytalbot1 you can use console command for shouts and dragon souls, its a longer process, but you avoid the temptation of using the testing shouts and spells, most of which will freeze your game, or kill you for no reason. if you go to elderscolls WIKIA you can find a full list of console commands. if you want to do it the easy and quick way, use psb, but just dont use the spells or shouts that dont have names. usually at the top of the list.

@YoungBenWPG That's not worth the time to mod. If you've played Skryim for more than five hours you would know how easy it is to get that much money and those weapons. If you're gonna take the time to mod your save, at least get something more useful.
