    It was shot with a Coronado 70mm calcium telescope.

  • Thanks. The video is a Calcium K-line view of the Sun that I used a special filter to shoot. The K-line in the visual spectrum is actually purple.

  • It doesn't look like it but the Sun is more than 1,330,000 times bigger than the Earth.
