Your playing looks really awkward..for all of those pentatonic licks try your 1st and 3rd fingers instead of that painfull looking stretch of the 2nd finger, this will also give you more strength for bending and therefore will help your intonation, using your 3rd allows you to bring in the 1st and second behind the string for more accuracy. I think if you work on fixing your technique in the ways mentioned, youll do just fine

Yeah, for the most part. The pickups are pretty good for soloing, that's if you know how to get a good tone.
