you complain too much the apple products are the probably the best thing thats ever happend so yea shut up too bad if youuu dont like the way it fitss nobody careess
Apparently you care. You cared enough to comment. This video was to counter a video from applesoldier. Way to contradict yourself though by telling me to shutup and at the same time no one cares. Awesome.
i personally think that the mighty mouse is fine. but you dont know the names of your fingers! seriously man. you should know at least that. why would you ever want to click both the right and left click buttons at the same time. im sorry but i have never come across that. and the reason its lead is short is because its designed for the Mac keyboard. that has usb ports for the mouse. so it doesnt need a long wire. it would clog up desk space. but you know its your choice.
I have encountered many situations. Certain games require you to click both. Like unreal tournament for instance. Or a drafting program, or a certain photo editing program.
The cord of the Mighty Mouse is actually made to get in the USB ports of the Apple Keyboard. I also have the Logitech Mouse. U forgot about the weights to adapt the weight of the mouse and that you can unlock the scroll wheel so it rolls out. And lights which are made the adapt the tracking of the Mouse. The logitech can do a lot more then u think. The mighty mouse isn't that mighty though. I prefer - just as you - the Logitech mouse.
the reason why the cord is short is cause the mouse is made for mac not a pc, macs have usb ports in the keyboard so that's the the cord is short. I use the mouse at school and i find no problem with it.
The only good thing that the mighty mouse is good for is web browsing/everyday tasks. As fort gaming or professional work? Using photoshop with that thing is hell, and its not very precise. Good mouse to get with your computer though.
Agreed, The might mouse is not the best in many ways, but the cord thing was kinda thought out by apple, There are USB ports on the side of the wired keyboard, That were i would plug mine into, that were many others do aswell, If you have the wireless keyboard, You most probable have the wireless mouse.
the mighty mouse really is a shitty mouse. and i cannot get used to a mighty mouse after using my g5. my grandpa is a mac fanboy. dont get me wrong, macs are great, but i dont hate macs, i hate the snooty users.(my grandpa isnt a snooty mac user, he just loves macs)
they were thinking that they need to build a standard mouse to sell with their computers, its not supposed to be a replacement for a 150 dollar mouse, its standard.
I do agree with the sticking issue but other than that zoul I respectfully disagree. On the pc I struggled to find a mouse that was comfortable. However, I have no issues with the mighty mouse's comfort. Nor do I have issues with the side buttons as it takes considerable pressure to use them. The mouse is universally designed for left and right handed people.
Its all a matter of personal preference and the way you hold your hands really. This was just a dig at people complaining where the shutdown option was located in windows.
Yeah, also did you ever have an issue where the the scroll wheel had problems working, like scrolling up or down in a window. I sometimes have problems with that like it won't scroll up sometimes.
Im just using a standard Logitech mouse just now and i tried the Mighty Mouse and i got a stiff wrist and fingers after about an hour, so i'm going to but a Sidewinder X5 mouse, cause I love it ;D
I completely agree, which is why I prefer Logitech mouses. There's no curvature for your hand, which is incredibly uncomfortable compared to other mice.
For the price of that mouse you can get an incredibly ergonomic Microsoft mouse or Logitech.
Not on mine. They were light touch. I would be willing to send it to anyone for testing just to see how bad it was. Honestly the mouse is pretty bad.
I still have my wireless mighty mouse... sitting in a drawer, gathering dust. This is without a doubt the worst peripheral Apple has released. I use the Logitech m555b mouse now.
I've never hit the side buttons on accident, that's because they aren't conventional buttons, of course you'd know this from your use of of the product so you can give an accurate opinion of the product. Also, it isn't ergonomically designed compared to your mouse because the mighty mouse can be used by both left and right handed people, and the short cord is because most people plug that into their apple keyboard, since it is an apple product, but I'd guess you know all this right?
Thats great. They are conventional buttons unless disabled. For expose. Then again its not ergonomically designed compared to any mouse. Microsoft's standard intellimouse is designed to be ambidextrous but its ergonomic. Is it so hard for apple to make a mouse that doesn't suck? They have had years and years. They seem to care more about making a mouse pretty then giving it proper function. I used this mouse thoroughly and its a POS.
I also owned a macbook pro which is what I used it on. Apple should not sell such an inferior product. The problems with this mouse are numerous, from the scroll wheel failures to the expose problems. Its great that you have never hit the side buttons on accident but I have. Its very annoying. If you like the mouse so much why don't you buy it from me? This mouse is a total POS for the cost. Heaven forbid I dont want to plug a mouse into the keyboard.
When I got my Mac Pro I never used the mighty mouse, it's still new inside my Mac Pro box, I've been using a MX Revolution mouse ever sense I bought my Mac Pro back in 2008, love Logitech MX never will use a other mouse
The mouse is worth at the most $10 and I'm being generous. Seriously Apple you know you are overcharging for that mouse. I can understand maybe $20, but $50 that is insane, no wonder it gets a 2 to 3 star rating in the Apple Store.
It's just like me, I always ALWAYS grip my mice to the sides with my thumb and ring finger or pinky. When I run into a situation where I have no choice to use this mouse, I immediately disable the side button actions.
I never liked that white mighty mouse. My kids just use it and they don't care. I used to always own Logitech mice, but lately Microsoft has a lot of nice cheap mice.
One time I put my thumbs down on a video review about the Mighty mouse and had an onslaught from so many Apple Loving People against me for that.
the only reason i would buy one of those isbecause it is really sexy

i use a logitech M305, got it for £15 and it works fine x)
WHY SPEND DO MUCH
TheAzadomin 1 year ago
It looks nice but it was a bad mouse, my hand cramped more while using it. At £35 from Apple it isn't a worth while investment.
Also the scroll wheel kept breaking, and as you said the mouse is hard to clean.
I will give the mouse that its design makes it easier to carry around, but there are cheaper and safe mice out there that fit that bill.
