A great man who is already very missed. Christopher Hitchens left us a legacy of defiance against small minded tryanny; we should all carry on following in his huge footsteps. Imagine...
This is where american journalism fails... news channels do not try to go against what the viewer is used to, they do not try to provoke. we're losing a champion of reason

Hey everybody! Watch my video The God Delusion Song! You'll love it. I wrote it based on the work and the words of Chirstopher Hitchens and Richard Dawkins.
I really think you laugh and be saddened...it get the message out there that's for sure! Thanks. (Just click my name and the video will open).
thanks very much for your efforts in sharing these videos, really appreicate it. get well soon Mr. Hitchens, you have countless numbers of people who love you, cheers
I've thought the same thing and I've just decided that if that was ever the case, it would just give you more to work with. You'd immediately ask if those who believe in god die and from what. When they answer "yes" and "from everything", you'd have a great opportunity to give them the "you're an idiot" look, and then ask them what the difference was and how to tell what is normal cancer and "atheist cancer".
@Aldeni1551 or, given what you just mashed out brings to mind, "one comment short of a thought"... chill,..just riffin---although---you must be playing---Really though..why not say 6 in 1, 1/w dozen in the other---ya have anything to add--please...you were kidding, and high as all get out--and stay out- I guess i'm not kidding then---but also no mistake when I say, peace...
@mlonster I hear he has an open door policy at his flat in DC; I'm sure if it was a "good day" you'd be able to say hello, well wishes and sign this ___________.... he's a wonderful man. I only wish to be more like him and to share conviction and courage!
I was hoping to catch this at a later date after realising that I'd missed it, but the only one being shown in the near future is with PETER Hitchens (ugh)

I can sense religious people using Hitch passing as a point of argument for god. I've seen it once, it's disgusting. Hold out Hitch.

Death treats alike the fool and the philosopher. It's not for nothing that they call it the bitter end.

What does sixty naners to the rupee mean at 5:15?
ivanmikhailov 10 months ago
@ivanmikhailov 60 annas to the rupee. Indian currency. I suppose it's a bit like 100 pennies to the pound.
zedro1000 10 months ago 5
@zedro1000 thanks.
ivanmikhailov 10 months ago
@zedro1000 Thanks for uploading the rest. Sky Arts is only reshowing Peter's interview, the swines.
smurfieboo 10 months ago 2
@zedro1000 Sixteen. "He might not all be sixteen annas to the rupee" is just like "one card short of a full deck". Nutters.
Hamandchees3 10 months ago
@Hamandchees3 or considering yours,..it would be like one comment short of a though. IM Kidding---jus riffin---your's was fine---peace
charliesechos 10 months ago
@zedro1000 it used to be 16 annas to a rupee. A bit like shillings and pounds
vikramkrishnan 10 months ago
@zedro1000 It was "16 annas to the rupee" during the British era.
melkaira 1 month ago
@ivanmikhailov There are 16 annas to a rupee. It's Indian currency. It's a metaphorical way of saying that someone is not adequate in some way.
