breakdown not shut down, breakdown something you can't predict when it will happen, come on~ maybe their fault because do not pick up the phone, but you can't do that, they do their work. if TNB also blackout, how do they want to fix the problem? think! don't be stupid

LoL~ why he can't even think that most buildings ( gov pr not have bckup gen ) .. even that gen sometime mulfunction.. due to many reason.. s/down & b/down is 2 big different thing.. they will inform if they WIll shutting down electricity for some reason.. but they still will do something fast if there ia breakdown... come on.. u can use ur brain when u want to create a song.. but why you can't use it to think the possiblity WHY SUDDENLY MOST BUILDING BLACKED OUT and WHY SOME BUILDING NOT..

I mean just stop it people, stop making a fool of yourself. You can see at first TNB was at fault for failing to at least pick up one of his calls. But after he knew that it was actually a ‘breakdown’, he should had left. The staffs in TNB wasn’t that customer friendly, judging by the way they treated him. For those who commented on the videos. You have all the rights to be angry. But why, the use of vulgar language and statement of racism? As if the country is not filled problems already.

@JLJC231092 Agreed. Its a breakdown. No big deal. Why should a small thing like this, which is not even an issue to be spread out nationwide. Its not like TNB purposely wanted to sabotage the people or what. Wake up people. There is nothing to be fight for here. And I agree with you. Calm yourself, no need to use those words and everything. We can be disagree/agree to this, but, control your statement. If you wanted people to respect you, then respect them first.

TNB should put notice in newspaper like this "People of Muar, please be informed that there might be a BREAKDOWN in your area, but we are not sure when lah, since it is a BREAKDOWN. Please be prepared all the time, 24-7. I could happen anytime."

Les deux parties sont également dans le mauvais côté, car le client n'a pas le droit de message"TNB Breakdown"encore de dépannage et impossible de le corriger instantanément, mais sur le côté TNB , ils doivent l'expliquer d'une manière appropriée au client ... simple, juste un imprimer une à papier à l'extérieur de l'entrée en expliquant le problème aurait pu le résoudre sans agiter le client parce «client a toujours raison" ... à la clientèle service, une priorité!

2. not shut down. shut down is we do itself.. but break down totally different.. breakdown is something under control, like accident.. can u predict a accident namewee? can u? can u?
3. TNB building must always get supplier (electricity) bcoz if TNB building also break down, how can they solve the problem.. hishh.. think carefully b4 action..
