its not that is just that when the record company make the dvd they have like some kind of microphone for the audience and in here you cant hear the noises because this wasnt for dvd so they just taped britney's and band voice.also the image is from the big screen on both sides of the stage

the person who directed the side screens uploaded their work because no dvd was released. The sidescreens will not have the audience screaming.

Also the audience sound can be surpressed using many tools, i have done it with tracks from the dwad tour, also you can get live rehearsals recordings where theres no audience to make a noise
