What if God is in the process of sorting out of his ecclesia according to
our willingness to accept his Truths. He is placing us in deferent parts of this denominational rainbow. Only to, at appointed time, reveal to us all, who is who in his Kingdom. All denominations have common thread that makes them undeniably Christian.I think that it was wrong to reach for the sword and the torture instruments during the reformation period. I think that this is the greatest evil in all of this.
In Romans and Titus, St. Paul is talking about EXCOMMUNICATION! An individual is thereby removed from the body of Christ with reunion the goal. It is useless to speak of denominational unity and whether one is required to break that unity because to speak of such presupposes the idea that the Church of Jesus is not necessarily visibly unified. However, since we know His Church must be visibly unified, we can simply speak of those in the body and those not, and move on to discuss authority.

I'd say that 'breathren' is also an episcopal/Liturgical reference.
