we need video replay, this would end all the diving and cheating crap that is in football today, the referee's can't see everything all the time, it's a big pitch with 22 men running around on it.
rooney didn't even attempt to get the ball-he was pulling cesars shirt-tackle from behing=red card....fifa needs to review this its stupidity, just like the recent diving comments by the english, then they do something like this...:(

It is up to refs to spot dives, top players will fall down all day if they think they can get a penalty for it.
