Houston was a blip in what was a great year for the band. Don't let one incident take away from a GREAT second album, two outstanding tours and thousands more people hearing your music and becoming fans. Phanie almost kept a straight face when she said "Nina is maturing." Phanie is so awesome. The mugshots definitely were some of the best I've seen, but staying out of jail is a good goal for 2010. So is another tour. Two shows in New York would be a good goal, too.

Very cool idea for a video girls dont see to many bands taking the time to do stuff like that for the fans and i would definetly like to hear more songs in spanish "ven cerca" was one of my favorite songs on trio b.c i also love the cover you played of "despeinada"..

I feel great I got to really experience your live show for the first time when you came to New York with Miss Derringer. Then again in Brooklyn with Black Gold. Twice within months of each other from this Texas band! Nice. I like the way Nina's one description of the sound as "experiments with pedals" - I hear that!

As for the Jail stuff - total BS - I had it happen to me when I was young like you. You learn from it.
