@BaileyForLife - Thanks man! I purchase all of my ingredients from Austin Homebrew Supply. The extract used for this Mini Mash was - Liquid: 5 lb Liquid Malt Extract #06637, 2.5 lb Base Grains, 1 lb Specialty Grains.
You should try putting the hydrometer in the thief. Someone told me about it and the first time I tried it I though... "OH YEAH!! DUH!!!" haha Nice video, man. Thanks. How did it taste? I am ging to do a pumpkin ale, but I hope to use like 5-10 cans of pumpkin.
@cura0006 - I implemented this technique the other day when brewing a 20 Year Anniversary Golden Belgian Ale. It did work just fine in the thief, but it was a lot messier because the beer still slightly drips out of the bottom. Hope your pumpkin brew was a hit!
@goat45 thanks! also what kind of grain do you suggest? i am planning on brewing my first batch hopefully within the next few weeks so it will be ready for the season
I read recently, Thankyou for clearly stating that hops is deadly dangerous for our dogs! Can cause malignant hyperthermia( increased body temp 110 and above) for the medical people we know this. Thanks
Great vid man, what kind fo extract did you use? Did you use a Kit? If so, where from
