I'm not raw, and I don't think I'll ever be really raw (though I have at least 1 raw meal a day and definitely wanna be raw for detox periods plus juice fasts) I eat very healthy and clean-lots of fruit and veggies, vegan, organic, and very little processed foods (wouldnt be considered unhealthy) & Im one of the only people I know who doesnt deal with allergies
Also, very interesting on the dog-human thing- we are evolving our digestive system to digest only processed junk- not real food...
About allergies: I had allegies year round, dust mites, tree pollen, grasses etc. I took 2 types of medications which were still not enough. I stopped taking the medications the day I started my Raw Journey. My allergies were gone within a week. Now every time I eat more cooked food, my allergies come back. Raw food works!
@roqsanda Dr. Sebi is really the only well schooled master on the subject who lectures about it regularly in public that I know of; mainly because he specifically has a passion for the need to educate his people about our ancient unadulterated diet originated in the forests of The Motherland. So at times, he can come off as race specific with respect to what's best assimilated according to the genetic make-up of blacks but everyone can get something out of it. Just google or YT search Dr. Sebi.

Before then, air was more pure and water was in the air (like a mist or something), when it rained all the water in the atmosphere got dumped onto the ground. Plants and animals and humans lived longer and were larger. Especially plants and trees.
Well the U. S. is a rat hole, I'll give U that. As long as we continue yo put the almighty dollar before The Mother, we will continue polluting our way downward into the abyss of doom. And yes, INDEED most of the common vegetables on the market in this country today are hybrids including celery, carrots, garlic and a whole slew of others - "organically grown" or not. We should only be consuming non-hybrid veggies and herbs for optimal health. Do the research.
I ordered 1 gallon of the truely raw coconut oil from their website, and I just have to say the customer service is just amazing. Not only did I pay HALF the price i would in a store for the coconut oil but they shipped it to me, found out it got damaged in shipping so they sent me another one before it ever got to me, and they emailed me to let me know what was going on. They are truely top knotch and it feels great to support them.
How did I find you and why do I every few days have to get on youtube and see what you two are up to. OMG you really are delightful on so many levels. Sometimes I think I might go to Ecuador and check out this place you live in. Peace and love

FYI...If you order a Norwalk Juicer, insist on them NOT shipping it through UPS. I just had a horrible experience with UPS where the product was damaged when it arrived and Norwalk DOES NOT GUARANTEE SAFE DELIVERY. Remember this when you order a juicer from Norwalk. Insist that they deliver it anyway OTHER than UPS.
