@fonesmart123 and the REASON that is NOT a workout is because when you plant your feet to explode backwards, it puts stress on the calf and quad muscles and can potentially tear a muscle! cartwheels are great for female cheerleader because they have a lighter frame. for that cause less stress on their muscle groups, as for male ATHLETES, they are much bigger, ranging in from 5'11 to 7'0 and 175pounds to 290pounds. so cartwheels are NOT possible for all athletes, so it wouldnt be a workout
