The PT driver seems like a fool, from what little info we are provided here. I am also assuming that she was trying to milk some insurance money fopr a bogus head injury. I cant see any significant ER injury resulting from a little crash like that. Irresponsible driving, followed by fraudulant injury claims. Lets get people like this off of the road ASAP. Just my opinion, and made on little data though, I admit.
