Efficient but horrible. I had a bunch of beautiful pine trees behind my house and they just tore every single tree down. I really wish developers cared a little more and would try harder to save some of them :o/

Hopefully mankind destroys and burn all the forrests on the planet earth, so we will die!! oh, and pollute the oceans, and kill all remaining animals:-) LOL

@snuden75 I knew a tree hugger would have to get a comment in. In all seriousness, other than above tree line on a mountain or in a desert, where, in the past 300 years would we have built houses, appartments, commercial buildings, parks, stadiums, university campuses, parking lots, etc., without removing trees? You have a very strong opinion so you must have a solution or alternative. By the way I also HATE seeing trees taken down. I'm a big time hunter and hate to see habitat destroyed.
