I love the spider, the way to get past him is priceless ^^ But i think I missed something, why did you turn upside down when you entered the forest the first time? Also, why did the graphics change from fluid motion when you talking to the wizard buy, then in the next scene only his mouth was moving. The version I played had fluid movement though all interative encounters :S

Stupid road to the south. First time playing it I went there without speaking to the man first and just bit the dust and thought, "wtf?!" Then I'd drop all my items, kill someone like the drunk, get scolded, then grab all my items again. Sweet.

There's sort of a reason for that: the answers to the test were all contained in the game manual. If you didn't have the manual it was assumed you were a pirate.

I'll admit, I wasn't into this game for a long time, then after finding this video and realizing how... interesting.... the death scenes were, and noticing how the original creator of the videos disappeared long ago, and this first part being the only copy to survive.... I felt compelled to play this game for the first time mainly to see all the other deaths not on here. XD And now I've pretty much played it to death already!

No it's not. It's not "impossible". It's not even very hard if that's what you mean. I've been able to setup DB (or whatever the abbreviation is) on Vista very easily. Wait, by "setup", do you mean install, or get working? If you mean the former, *all of what I wrote above*, but if you mean the latter, well, it's simple. The best I can say is uninstall it then reinstall it. Or, you can get an actual DOS (or Windows 9x) computer; it's the only real way to get DOS games working.
