Personally, i wouldn't place too much value in bootleg cartridges. Mostly on the fact that they're bootleg to start with.

Somewhat uncommon and semi unique, but still bootleg.

In bootleg form I don't think it's particularly rare, like Tengen Tetris. You probably won't have to look too far to find a couple of people with one to sell, (for a price.)

An actual, genuine one though, definitely rare.
