It has, which proves that this theme made a cameo appearance in Sonic 3D Blast. The series has made many appearances in the Sonic games xD .
@GamerTBDF a Fantasy Zone song appeared in Phantasy Star 4 too. there were bunny girls pole-dancing to it, lol. tiny sprites of bunny girls, mind you, so not really that exciting.
