I was an introvert who was public-schooled and went to college. I cared only about my education and cared little to nothing about a social life. I don't miss the cliques, school politics, elitists, the snobs, gang wannabes, groupies, etc. Public schooling gave me a firsthand experience of what assholes so many people can be. In my first 13 years, I had to put up with conservative snobs; in college, the liberal snobs. So other than the educational aspects thereof, I don't miss school at all.
this is like the adult equivilent of when you're the homeschooled KID, and the public-schooled kid just like won't quit asking you if you have any friends, why you don't just go to normal school, and assuming that you have no life.
if you're homeschooled, you kinda have to put up with a lot of crap from regular kids.
I'm not denying the fact that homeschooling can result in a freakin weirrddd kid sometimes, but I also know some people that you would NEVER guess have been taught at home....
@TheDestany123 whether you do school with your parents, or online, or on the phone (???) or have a tutor, if you're at home and not going out to another building to get an education, then it's considered homeschooled.
my parents dont homeschool me i do FLVS.net and we have our own teachers online and they can call ur phone to talk wiff u and its better than ur parents homeschooling u HAHAHA
Great video! My favorite part comes around the 0:35 mark, when your enlightened and well-informed character stereotypes all public school students. That was meant to be ironic, right?
Perhaps if these parents spent more time with their children they wouldn't be so "difficult." And I love that they're on the offensive, but then suddenly get on the defensive about their choice of public school when their questions are honestly answered. Great video.
Awww! lol! I loved this video. I get one of these people every few months. They dont know how weird and unsocialized they sound with there line of questions. Is as if they live in a bubble where they dont realize there are other forms of education other than public school.

@idioticpwns Public schooling can result in freakin weirrddd kids just as much. It really has more to do with a child's personality.

@andan04 - yes, meant to be ironic. Obviously ANY stereotype is inherently problematic.

Its funny about the respectful to everyone. I've found that to be true... and I've found non homeschoolers to feel that they get disrespected a lot.
