Maybe he has changed while on Death Row. The problem is that the murdered victim will be forever the same as they were the instant their life was taken from them. It is unfair for the condemned to hold up his own execution with years of appeals and then assert that he should not be executed because he has changed during this period.

i think they should be just strapping them to the gurney and putting a plastic bag over their heads. The focus should be on the victim, and the only just sentence for this crime is death. It should have been delivered long ago. I hope David has made amends with his maker. I mean that sincerely.
