That's great that you found away to improve the C-Products 5.45 mags. Always had problems with their base plates. But the bigger issue is the AR 5.45 trigger/ trigger spring.

Yup, what those guys said, an also when a mag gets dropped or used as a monopod when shooting prone, it protects the base of the mag
