Nope, every teacher in that school is a competent person and should have been responsible enough to protect themselves and those kids. I would say both. But, since teachers can't pick up on all disorders and such, being armed would be the best for the kids and themselves. Even if a teacher went crazy, the death count would end up being much less if the rest of the teachers were already armed and could protect the kids. We'll never have a world without guns, and laws don't help. We should all adapt and overcome the obstacles of having the crazies living among us. They'll never go away.
