Hope all is well now. I've got pretty bad sleep problems but not this bad. The thing I hate the most is waking up after only an hour or 2 of sleep and not being able to go back to sleep til 6am-7am.
I am doing sleep restriction myself right now and i am onto day 7 and its is very tough my time is from midnight till 6am and im so tired in the morning but i have to get up otherwise the body and mind wont establish a good pattern..
Keep it up and just remember at night when you get real sleepy before your bedtime that the therapy is working thats something that makes me happy and keeps me motivated in that your buggered before you go to sleep, very important for insomniacs
@tiling128 It's certainly very hard, I'm used to lacking sleep but right now im feeling one step beyond anything i've ever gone through before. I hope it'll be worth it, all the best for yourself, keep it up!
i have had sleep issues, more to do with breathing and thats ultra important I have found out. lack of oxygen at night can cause havoc for the rest of you waking hours.
@leokimvideo Another issue I have is I find it really difficult to get comfortable at night, so every 5mins (less usually) Im tossing and turning. I find it oddly comfortable laying on my front, but I never fall asleep this way. My body basically hates me.

@mattjeh I toss and turn too. but I do fidget all the time. My issue is I struggle to relax and worry less.
