I have come across a thousand of cooking websites and nothing can beat Sanjay , i like the way he demonstrates his cooking skill and he always has a smile on and also a small story to tell the viewers. hi, sanjay am a chef, working here in US.its great to see ur site in youtube, i went trough ur all videos i love it,really great and one small request,dont encourage the MSG,cos its quiet harmful especially for pregnant ladies, i know that, for chicken65 and some particular dishes its must, but please inform the viewers the side effect of MSG. i got lot of information through ur site, especially about andhra dishes,keep it up. u are doing a good job all debest congrats&god bless u. thanks.

chef you need a 'hook' (catchphrase) to get on TV so you can bring bliss to more. please use your old joyful noises and sounds and settle on one, not western or known like wow, as your mantra. they are funny and cool too and best when improvised on the spot. please do them agin.
