i just did it you will see a little red dot on 91 pins at the very end of the gutter you have to hit that

when you put in the wii sport cd .. you get the options of like 5 games right?

next to that should be a button that says "training"

click that .. and its a challenge under the bowling tab ..

on training on the title screen when you first come on to the menu. just after you have to press a+b. then go on to the dumbbell sign ( the first big square not rectangle) then go on the first bowling exercise and unlock it. its the second one. Hope it helps dodgemaster1992!
