It's not that HOMEOWNERS are not taking advantage of these programs the problem lies within the banks modification departments. They make it extemely difficult for the homeowner to apply or have their application processed. The entire HAMP/HEMP or otherwise is a JOKE! Do some research its a FACT!!! Most homeowners want to save their home and I can gaurantee that 99.9% have tried and FAILED thanks to these GREEDY lenders who do not cooperate when it comes to the application process!!!
