For those confused. If you're an old hand in photoshop this is pretty standard fare. Basically, a lot of stamp tool being used, and then a colour correction at the end. Lighten skin tones and make them less yellow. This is okay if the photo is good in the first place and the model has decent skin in the first place.

Never use liquify to correct skin. It smudges and destroys pixels.

Pretty much just smudge the hell out of it / liquefy. Anyone can do this crap. Then select all on whatever layer your subject is on and go to the image bar at the top of the screen, auto correcting the colors is pretty intuitive.

If you can't follow visually then you really should work with PS more. As for this technique it isn't very nice, using a normal blending mode to clone stamp out the texture of the skin leaves it extremely flat. I can see you tried to retain some detail by reducing the layer opacity by 8% but that does little to help. Working with such a large brush and erasing with a hard edge to preserve detail under the eyes and lips produces a huge variation in texture which can still be seen at the end.

For people who are confused, the main tool that is being used is the Clone Stamp Tool, which is the 8th tool on the left bar on Photoshop CS5. You hold Alt and click on a certain part of a picture, and then click on another part of the picture without holding Alt. When this is done, whatever was clicked on w/ Alt will be "cloned" to the next spot you click on. It atkes some practice to do it this fast.
