im from the rhondda valley and a massive cardiff city fan and at the football we do chant sheep shaggers about ourself and i dont find it offensive at all
I'm not sure how true it is, but I was told that the "sheep shagger" thing came from Welsh sheep thieves claiming they were shagging them, because it held a lesser punishment than stealing them.
@celticwelsh It might be, but a few other countries have reputations as being full of sheep shaggers - like Scotland. I'm guessing it is just an insult that proliferates about rural places. (Not that Wales is all rural, but reputations are often not factual.)
The time will come, upon the fulfillment of the prophecy. Upon the completion of the master's Kung Fu training. Upon the moment the bubbling broth of blazing brimstone claims the one ring that binds all. It is at that time that we will return to the borders of England, our valiant and ever-fluffy, white steeds baaing, their ominous bray striking fear into the hearts of the bravest of men. It is then, my friends. That is when war will begin. Also, awesome video, keep it up.
I heard that us Welsh are called sheep shaggers thanks to the English. The story goes that we used to go over the boarder and steal their sheep and they were to scared to come and get them back from us so they made up a childish name for us instead :D TWP! x
The northern United States is known for its stupid elitists. The stupid gay actors are in California. The Midwest is full of stupid people who need cream of mushroom soup in every foodstuff. I'm from Texas, a place for which there are no negative stereotypes at all. None whatsoever.
First off, that's a lovely beard you've cultivated. Also, I'm from the southern United states, and that particular stereotype isn't so far off. That being the case, I'd love to find that I'm descended from a Welsh icon so that I can come and assist in stopping Sephiroth.
That's the most brilliant explanation for 'stupid' stereotypes I've seen. But you did slip up on one thing.. Welsh language = Cymraeg. Welsh people = Cymry. Keep up the good work!

@dafyddt Thanks, glad you enjoyed.
Annoyed at the Cymraeg/Cymry slip up, but at least it's in a self-proclaiming fideo twp, so I'll pretend I did it on purpose...
