You are lane splitting too fast you'd get locked up for that your going through gaps too small and youse guys in cannada make up for most motorcycle accidents in the world and car drivers are aware of that so don't want u near them
You guys are so lucky you can filter. You barely even move up close to a car here in Canada and they're on the phone with the cops already. I need to move.
Lastima las calles de tu ciudad tantos cv y tanta velocidad para andar a no mas de 60 km que trafico de porqueria no te permite disfrutar de tu gran moto
yea you do get the odd twat who will try to block you off and dislike the fact that a motorbike is going past.... but you also get the car drivers that move over a bit ether they realise that they are not going any where any time soon or they just dont want to lose a mirror or something
@funny4ever1 in cali it's specifically legal, everwhere else is a legal gray area, but you shouldnt have a problem as long as youre not being dangerous. the law in all states except cali do not specifically say it's "legal" or "illegal"
@raptorama true, you can filter through traffic legally in europe but the rozzers will definitely want more than just a few words with you if they witnessed you riding like this! big cojones!
This is a classic example of good driving... No matter what u dudes say, like hes a nutter etc... This dude can drive, knows what he can and what he cant.
I'm 18 and saying that's some stupid riding, but you got to admit he's got some pretty big balls. I love when he has to flip the mirror to fit at the beginning. Lol
Filtering isn't illegal, seeing as most Police motorcyclists do it, but manoeuvring in and out of traffic, the Police frown upon it. Being in control of a powerful motorbike sure does give you freedom and joy. I will never forget the day I first rode my first bike and the day I bought my ZZR250 many years ago. But now I ride about on a Honda CG125.
My CG125 is a 1990 model. I've had it for five years and paid only 250 quid for it. Although it's not particularly fast or exciting, it's more than adequate for the job. Parts are fairly cheap and readily available and maintenance is fairly straight forward.
shit u crazy azz mother_ucker... i can never do tht well i can but will take me like my lifetime to do tht shit lol... makes me wanna go try it but i know ill hit a car for sure!
dude your really good on that thing... im looking to get the 2010 when it comes out... i was gonna get the 09. but imma wait... but where r u at? it looks like san francisco but you were driving on the wrong side of the road it loked like
im english mate and i know the weather ain't too bright their but it makes me laugh that we are known for this shit weather all around the world. living in finland for about 4 years now and eveyone likes to remind of the british weather :-).
thought it was funny that you referred ot the weather to make your point and not the road conditions, buses nore taxicabs :-).
Wait, so you are saying most people in European counties know how to drive!!?!?? I wish I could say that about North America. I am amazed how some people can get their drivers license.
It's spelled Arsehole Arsehole. Secondly, Jersey is an Island in the British Channel. I have ridden in both NYC and NJ and I couldn't believe my fucking eyes at how much of a pussy you have to be as a motorcyclist there. It really did my head in not being allowed to lane split. Ur a twat matey! Enjoy that.
No its called lack of due care and attention to the road and it would be up to your insurance to not only pay for the damage to his bike but your car as well. Get your facts right first you little silly man.
well, i'm sure pointing to this comment thread on youtube would be enough evidence that you weren't just "checking if your door was closed" and you were acting with intent. certainly enough for the attempted murder conviction.
why are you hating on bikers? YOU chose your vehicle. YOU chose a car and you chose sitting in traffic. don't hate on people that brave the elements, brave risks and get their before you do. you are a douchebag extraordinaire.
Love how you just flicked in your mirrors =D, I'd try that but on a 92 ZXR400 the mirrors are big, bulky and as flexible as...well they're not flexible!
yup because the dotted white lines in the middle state that you can over take *wink* the only time a biker cannt overtake is when there is double whites apart frm that they can what they want ( haha and im 16 :D)
omg you're a risky rider skipping through traffic when the cars are so tightly packed!!! and oh man at 2:29 you went round that corner perfectly great riding dude!
tbh i only watched the first few minutes and i can understand your replies, i don't think you were filter fast/bad, it just looks like it from your camera
ps i wanted to know bout the throttle response at low revs? is it snatchy? i'm interested in buying one, but my license is still restricted yet for a few more months...one of the main reasons i like it is its lightness and also because its narrow - lol i am currently riding a cbr125
You are right. The camera makes it look faster and perhaps unsafe for some. the fact is that it is a little bit more risky filtering than not filtering. But if filtering you save a lot of time to add some better quality to life than staying in a queue sucking in car fumes. the CBR600RR is perfect for filtering, no snatchiness at all from the throttle. Very smooth.
Man you are obviously well used to filtering like that, but you can't try and make out it does bike's any good in the public eye.
You obviously have some skills on a bike and for your sake I hope the car drivers have their eye's open as your putting alot of faith in them not swapping lanes etc.
I do filter but I dont hack lane's like that, eh well just try to stay safe bud.
Great bike. I gotta say that riding was risky and very unresponisble and thats from someone who loves speed. Sort it out mate you'll love your legs or worse - or kill someone. Theres a time and a place - Manchester city centr isnt it
Watch and learn is all that I can say. Then ride a bit in London rush traffic. Try Italy and the south of France to see how its done twice as fast on a 125 scooter. Filtering in a congested area is one of the major things that make motorcycling great. If you don't filter, you might as well use a car.
This is fairly docile filtering mate! Are you a car driver or something? Or from the country-side? Unfortunately we can't film "the stigs'" eyes whilst doing this, but I assure you that proper care is taken where there is not possible to see past a bus or something. This is NOT a stunt, just everyday life for a motorcyclist filtering in to work!
Well, no one that I know have ever in all their years filtering and riding motorcycles killed anyone or injured anyone whilst filtering. I was hit once by a car filtering on the M1 and the bastard still owe me the money from the insurance claim. Remember, the camera position is not the same as the riders view. Check out the other 07 CBR600RR video I have posted. That shows some gorgeous Derbyshire countryside! All the best!
