I have to give these guys credit for bringing some soul back to the Rock scene. Yet, Gypsy Woman, maybe for being overplayed or whatever, has become really annoying to me.

This song, along with their others are quality, though, and they put on some good live shows.

Definitely not the saving grace of Rock but you have to give them credit for being a part of it.

Seen these guys back in 07 at the Red Dirt Round-up in Ft Worth. TONS of bands, and the last 3 sets were these guys, Cross Canadian Ragweed, and then the Black Crowes. I was in heaven, they were bad ass years ago and keep it coming! I was a fan from the first song they played!

I like this band and all, they're alright...I just don't see how Kings of Leon gets lumped in the same sentence as Nickelback (really think about that comparison before you make it) when bands like this get a free pass because they don't sell as many records. I mean...they do have that nice blues edge and they came out of the Texas indie scene...but c'mon the lyrics in this song could've been taken from AC/DC (yuck).

@heightsknights3 I gotta say, I am NOT a Kings of Leon fan. I think they are whiny and annoying. But what this boils down to is personal preference. Me? I grew up on the blues rock sound. I loooove this band and think that they deserve all the success coming to them. I think that Kings of Leon can't even hold a candle to this band. But that's just my opinion, which lets face it... is worth jack crap to you and everyone else who reads this... but figured I'd throw my two sense in. :)

i saw these guys awhile back they opened for zz top in Mississippi and i only had like 6 dollars and their cd was 10 bucks and i was like come on guys i served in the active army for four yrs (which i did!!) and they gave me the cd and signed it , so not only do they sing great music they support vets!! so i defiantly support this band!!

How the hell did this band get signed? What crazy ass record label would do that. This band is talented and all but it is the same old blues funk rock shit that Hendrix and so many other rock bands have done for 40 years. They are in no way original. Come on, a I, flat3, 4 chord progression(Purple Haze)? I could've written this song in my sleep. At least successful modern rock bands like Radiohead and The Killers come up with new stuff and actually think about the music they write.
