Mormonism is primitive. Christianity, even though 2000 years old, is still applicable today. Mormons dont understand the doctrine of the trinity. God came into Mary's womb to become mortal. God then became mortal. But since God is everywhere at the same time, only a part of God was mortal. God then died on the cross for our sins. Now, a part of God dwells in every true christian. That's the doctrine of the trinity. God did NOT have sex with mary to produce jesus. That's stupid.

You can find single cities with more than 11 million Catholics.

11 million members in over 170 years of trying. You call that success?

11 million members on the books. Not 11 million practicing members. Those are two very different things.

Less than 50% of those on the books are active. Many people drop out but never ask to have their names removed.

And lot's of 'active' rarely attend.

Actually historians and other experts do think that mormon church expansion is phenomenal. There are so many catholics only because they have been around for 1700 years, plus the whole europe was forced into it so were the s-americans. Mormons have increased purely trough missionary eforts, unlike the catholics, and 170 years is very short time to convert people, who also die at some age, thus more people needs to be converted and retained to make the increase, over deaths.
