  • LMAO@ 5:55!

I wanted to see CATS but never got the chance to either, Doom!

  • ive played with him so much in ultimate mvc3 that hes become one of my fav villains of all time! (footdive)

  • There're really only two flaws with Dr. Doom for me ... his overblown ego and his stupid obsession with Mr. Fantastic ... I would like him to be rational and cool-headed.

  • MF DOOOOOOOOM

  • doom is hero, richards is villain.if u saw zombies and ultimate.u will understand my word

  • nah man the capcom version of doom is the best...nothing beats that voice in the game.

  • None judge Doom!

  • 1:56

    FAILURE IS BENEATH DOOM!!!

  • The guy who does doom's voice also does kane from the kane legacy

  • doom is very gentlemanly, such a fine scholar

  • DOOM

  • Doom saves everything from being completely terrible... i.e. the terrible FF movies.

  • @NewFutureFoundation rather almost terrible

  • @NewFutureFoundation lol the irony

  • Dr. Doom was incredible in that show.

  • 0:02 There is Captain America, Shehulk and vision, and in 8:12 Iron man and again shehulk, Avengers!!!

  • FOOTDIVE

  • Hey! The I saw the X-Jet!

  • 2:43 was funny. :D

  • I never watched the 90s fantastic four...nor it's Iron Man or Ghost Rider related stuff either actually. (aside from Iron man cameo in Spider-man) Not sure what they were like.

  • @BlackWraith328 ah I DID see 90's Hulk some.

  • 90's Spider-man is nostalgic. It wasn't great, but it was memorable and decent. Only flaw big enough to be a big issue was how it moved too fast past paced with little breathing room. X-men was great for me in the 90s, though I will admit watching it now..it's cheesier than I remembered. Alot cheesier. Still has some good episodes though.

  • Hey! Spiderman and the X-Men were awesome shows.

  • @JRSanchez93 Not really. I might concede on the first two seasons of X-Men. But as a lifelong Spider-Man fan, from long before that show aired, I thought that show was a slap in the face.

  • @GregXB3 Well, that's your opinoin and I gotta respect that. I became a fan of them because of the shows.

  • @GregXB3 you are so damn right

  • @GregXB3 i agree...yet disagree....the x-men and spiderman did not suck those were the best cartoons out during the 90's but the iron man, fantastic 4 and any other marvel cartoon did suck

  • @novus21 X-Men and Spider-Man were not the best of the 90's. Gargoyles and Batman kicked both shows asses.

  • @GregXB3 All 4 were among the best cartoons. Debating peckingorder is just a waste of time. We should relish the fact we had 4 cartoons that great. >_> a big change with nowadays...

  • @Darthvegeta800 I think Spectacular Spider-Man kicked the ass of 90's Spidey (with more respect to the source material and better talent on the show), and Avatar and Avengers are pretty awesome too.

  • @novus21 BATMAN WAS THE BEST HANDS DOWN!!!

  • "Another Victory!" Dr.Doom

    Marvel Super Heroes

  • I cant get enough of this.

  • FOOT DIVE

  • @Chook181 LMAO!! Been playing MVC3 I see?

  • @FinalTallgeese Yep, admittedly :P

But it is an awesome game... and Doctor Doom's voice in that game is so awesomeeee :D

  • THE FINGER LAZERSSSSSSSS

  • Dr. Doom was a Nazi!

  • @TheDocBoyd He was a gypsy. Not exactly liked by Nazis.

  • @TheDocBoyd Think your talking about Red Skull

  • @rherbe2 There you go! The Red Skull! My comic knowledge is rusty! Thanks GregXB3 and Rherbe2 for some comic education! It's still fun stuff at any age!

  • grandiloquent:Pompous or extravagant in language, style, or manner, esp. in a way that is intended to impress

  • grew up in latveria, moved to new york, talks in british accent. of course!

  • @rustyshite LOL!!!

  • Hulk: But...hulk make girl cry...

    Doom: She'll get over it

  • ok..what the FUCK does grandiloquent mean?

  • @keywork00 There is a book called THE DICTIONARY. You may have heard of it. In this book there are words, which are sorted in alphabetical order, and next to those words are definitions.

  • @GregXB3 lawl no need to be douchey about it i know what it is dick -.-

  • @keywork00 I don't understand a word you are trying to say. You know what it is dick... what?

  • @GregXB3 means pompous

  • Doom's problem is that he HAS to be the best at everything. If he were willing to take a silver medal, then we'd be flying around in free jetpacks.

  • all 90's marvel shows sucked? like hell they did! those shows were not only awesome but had far more depth than the crap thats on now. ESPECIALLY the X-men TAS for awesome cameos and dynamic storylines. gregxb3 is a fuckin' idiot.

  • Richards sounds so much like a smug asshole that it isn't any surprise that Dr. Doom hates him.

  • Doom didn't do anything to the Awesome Android. It's just that if you imply Doom ever fails, your body cannot take the wrong and explodes.

  • Dr.Doom world police.

  • fantastic four suck hard.

    Thank god theres Dr Doom

  • Dr. Doom Is Kain lol

  • why didn't doom just foot dive the fantastic four?

  • yes he is really a good guy. he is just obsessed with power. his country is really a utopia. he hates the ff because they always in his way particually reed who feels he is a show off.

  • Doom usually has pretty good voice actors. This guy's a good one and so is the one in World's Greatest.

  • dude x men and spiderman DID NOT SUCK!!! However Iron man and the fantastic four did suck.

  • Simon is a good voice actor, but i thought his voice here was too prissy fast for Doom. Ive always envisioned his voice as deep, cruel, and mechanical; similar to Vader's voice. this is why i liked Paul Dobson's voice even though world's greatest heroes was crap

  • @ForceInsanity22

well it might not SUIT Doom, but ya gotta agree that it's a great evil voice nevertheles

  • DR. DOOM DOES NOT FAIL!!

  • doctor doom....cowabunga dude!!!!!

  • His Latverian accent suited him better.

  • dr Doom appears in every marvel tv show. I remebered when i first saw him on Spiderman and thought to be one of the original arch enemies of spiederman.

  • 1:56 damn right!

  • DR . DOOM FOR PRESIDENT !!

  • He's intelligent,

    He's cultured,

    He's determined,

but above all else - he is DOOM!

  • (Justice)

  • Playing † over this makes Doom so much epic,

  • this has 0 dislikes because dr. doom does not fail.

  • i want a world under doom's control!

  • I love how dr.doom is suppose to be a bad guy but in all reality hes not anything nea evil he wants to take over the earth so he can rule it the right way....but everyone wud rather have obama run our country so they stop him "__"

  • at 0:58

so, u gonna do her or what?

  • 2:09 "Well done, my dear. You have earned the greatest reward of all: Ma dick."

  • Doctor Doom is, and always will be, the best villain in marvel history

  • He really is the only villain who can vow to end war, crime and hunger and make it sound like a dastardly deed.

  • "Reed Richards! Heard the Human Torch just died! Sucks to be you!"

  • The most hilarious Doom moment was when he was seen crying in the 9/11 special issue. I guess he thinks it's okay when he kills people, but not those damn towelheads.

  • @Leatherbubba Just goes to show that Doom has standards, I guess.

  • DR DOOM IS THE BEST VILLAIN!!!!!!

  • Doom is the greatest villain of the Marvel Universe. Period.

  • Hulk make girl cry

    She'll get over it

    lol

  • What Doom says he can do with the Silver Surfer's powers:

    end hunger

    abolish disease

    eliminate crime

establish perfectly content and ordered world

And people say this guy is a villain

  • @edophoenix92 Yea i feel sorry for Doom.People hates him a lot.

  • @pickledplay1 Why would anyone feel sorry for Doom? He deserves all the hate

  • @edophoenix92 Well, maybe because he would also finish with the will of all living beings..

  • @edophoenix92

    Go read Superman: Red Son

That's what Supes does too, but not a lot of people are happy with it.

  • "Yes I'm so sorry to involve you in the time-worn damsel-in-distress cliche', Mrs. Richards. I fear the only thing missing is the old rushing train. However, sometimes expediency outweighs originality."

    How true, Victor. How true.

  • To bad Simon Tampleman didn't voice doom in the Spider-Man cartoon.

  • Templeman, hot damn.

  • What are the first 15 sec from?

  • 90's marvel cartoons were awesome

  • Zomg Kain :P

  • DOOM WILL PREVAIL

  • Comment removed

  • Funny how Dr Doom in these cartoons was a better character than the onein the FF movie.

  • lol at CORNFEED COMMONERS muahhaha thumbs up if you have a copy of FANTASTIC FOUR #5 IN YOUR COLLECTION

  • Who else can beat a God (The Beyonder) when the only weapon in their possession is a genius intellect?

    Doom's a pimp.

  • first of all Marvel 90's cartoons rocked, just the first season of FF and iron man sucked and yes Dr D is a total bad ass

  • Dr. Doom does not fail!! thats what im talking about.

  • Pity. I never did get to see Cats.

  • DOOM belongs in the warhammer 40k. Along with Kratos

  • I'd love to see the megalomaniac Doctor Octopus and the (even more?) megalomaniac Doctor Doom interact ...

  • oh my God!!!he enslaved the entire Washington DC!!!He is the hope of mankind!!!Save as Dr Doom from the Americans!!

  • Is this the same voice as Kain from Blood Omen?! Holy @#*&#$%

  • @Archedgar It is Simon Templeman, yes.

  • Failure... is beneath Doom.

  • Only Doom would have such a worthy Villain in Reed Richards.

  • Doctor Doom is one of the most powerful villains ever, when he has the powers of Silver Surfer then he could easily defeat both Venom & Carnage, Sauron, Voldemort, Grand Moff Tarkin, The Green Goblin, Maleficent, Emperor Matues, Sephiroth, Darkseid, and even Frieza.

  • @92af

Doom can already defeat everyone you mentioned even without cosmic powers.

  • @JACKB0NER no, he would need the cosmic powers to defeat Frieza. Remember that Frieza could up an antire planet with just one finger.

  • @92af Gods, I hate Dragonball Z with a passion. Blowing up an entire planet with just one finger, sorry but that's fucking stupid.

  • @92af forgot darth vader

  • @hickersa oh yes Doom could easily defeat him too

  • @92af Ok you are high if you think he can defeat frieza. Venom and Carnage weren't really that powerful to begin with, they just had slightly improved physical abilities to spider-man without the brains. With Voldemort it's more a matter of weather the spells would work on Doom. Green Goblin is a planner, not much of a fighter so yea. Isn't Sauron an "I have an endless army" type of villain?

He's a whacky character though. He's a walking cliche in that department. That's also why hes fun.

  • @DarkD11 YOU all have failed.

  • @DarkD11 With cosmic powers such as if he steals Odin Force or Galactus yes he can for they are both at the very least way above planet level even when Galactus is at his starving state. Voldemort sadly doesn't compare to MArvel level of magic. Not saying Voldemort's spells will fail but Doom has much superior prowess. He is pretty much the villain Batman in terms of prep time as well thats one reason he is wacky.

  • @crazedtoddlers not at chance

  • @crazedtoddlers I'm pretty sure doom could take a silly weeaboo.

  • @crazedtoddlers Dr doom is a cheap fighter? i laughed sephiroth stabs an unarmed woman in the spine

sephiroth murders a defenceless village. Listen kid learn one thing from this.... your an idiot

  • @KrimHyu kid? im 21 years old, sephiroth murders defenceless villages because hes epic if you really think about it hes never really fought somebody as strong as him so in the end sephiroth has never lost

  • @crazedtoddlers

thank you for backing up my original statement Not to mention i remember him Dying twice Never lost huh?

  • @KrimHyu how do u die twice?

  • @KrimHyu Get tossed in to the life steam byt a whiney pansy become a crystal thats death 1

get cloned then clone finds the crystal merges with it gets owned by group of adventurers thats death 2

  • @KrimHyu @crazedtoddlers would you both please shut the fuck up. This isn't a cure for cancer.

  • @GregXB3 Of course its not a cure for cancer im not a biologist nor i expect the other guy and im almost certain that you arent either.

  • @92af Except Emperor Mateus would have planned it all!

  • Comment removed

  • @92af cant beat dr. manhattan, batman, aquaman, ect.

  • Comment removed

  • @92af no, not sephiroth.

  • @hola4adola If it is the comics I say he can, if he used surfer's powers at its peak. @ajdimonte In terms of prep time, Doctor Doom has actually done better and more sophisticated ( yes I am aware that plot helped Doom too.

  • @92af hell yeah dooms the man!!

  • all the right guys of universe have an ultimate goal!to destroy America!!!they have right goal, haven't they?

  • "Yes I'm so sorry to involve you in the time worn damsel in distress cliche, Mrs. Richards. I fear the only thing missing is the on-rushing train."

That vs. "This is my first attempt at cliched villainy, how am I doing?"

Is there ever a reason given the comics why nobody ever declare war on him, other than that we'd lose an interesting, and inconsistent villain. From what I've read on tvropes, Doom has been everything from heartless monster, to a noble anti-villain more heroic than the FF, and

  • everything in between. Is that accurate?

  • Hell yea, Doctor Doom is badass! Id vote for him

  • "You touch me, and she..well, let us just say I'd need to have this place repainted."

    XD

  • Which episode is at 2:10?

  • ...is it just me or does the Thing sound a little bit like Homer Simpson?

  • I love his voice X3

  • Simon Templeman's voice for Doom sounds awesome but I don't quite picture a Latverian accent as a Brittish one. Though his appearance in the 90's Spiderman series had a reverse problem: Tom Kane was also an awesome voice but his accent was far too overdone.

  • hahaaha i like how he changed the Statue Of Liberty and put DOOM on the book LOL

  • This was pretty much the ultimate Marvel villain. We don't really get villains to this standard anymore, in part due to the bad cartoons.

  • @Ultramarine646 I actually thought he was the single brightspot in a dismal cartoon show. But then, except for Spectacular Spider-Man, Marvel has never had great cartoons.

  • @GregXB3 Personally I thought some Marvel shows were good like 90's Spidey (even if admittedly the writing and acting were the only things to watch it for) but it's a fair point, Marvel probably won't make stuff to B:tAS quality.

  • @Ultramarine646 Really? I thought the writing and acting on 90's Spidey was piss poor. Not the actors fault, Tony Pastor just couldn't direct... and well, no one ever hires him too. As for the writing, well... John Semper was a hack who just didn't get the character or his world.

  • @GregXB3 Can we just agree to disagree?

  • @Ultramarine646 Sure we can. But, well, imdb Tony Pastor some time. His resume is not very good. After that, IMDB Jamie Thomason some time, that man is a genius in the voice directing field and is still being hired. He does great work.

  • @GregXB3 The only actors who did truly great in that show regardless of direction were Ed Asner as Jameson, Roscoe Lee Browne as the Kingpin, Jim Cummings as Shocker, and Mark Hamill as Hobgoblin. Everyone else....needed work.

  • @GregXB3 for me it was the spetacular spiderman and wolverine and the xmen. it all went downhill from there

  • @playkid27 I recently watched all of "Wolverine and the X-Men" and while it wasn't perfect, I liked it a lot. "Avengers" is a lot of fun too.

  • @Ultramarine646 the 90's x-men was an amazing cartoon series

  • @DaBearsRockMySox Yeah, I loved it, but it never aired on the TV stations I watched, sadly.

  • @Ultramarine646 that sucks, its on dvd though :)

  • Even the X-Men series? I've only seen a handful of episodes myself, and that was years ago, but I keep reading on various sites how good it supposedly was. Heck, the Nostalgia Critic placed it at # 3 on his animated shows top 11. Then again, he did call Transformers 2 "adequately satisfying" soooo yeah, maybe he can't always be trusted :)

  • @bats2099 The first two seasons of X-Men were okay, and I loved it at the time. But the series aged horribly. It never knew what it wanted to be. I also think trying to tell modern, 90's comic stories was a mistake. Batman TAS, and Gargoyles were both far superior to it.

  • @GregXB3 Fair enough. Oh, also, I've gotta ask this as long as everyone's talking about Marvel toons: Have you gotten the chance to check out the new Avengers series yet? It's not quite at the same level as Spec Spidey, but it's still a great time. And the voice cast rocks! Jeffrey Combs is the Leader! The Question's back, and now he's giving villainy a try just to mix it up! We're all doomed!

  • @GregXB3

By not knowing what the series wanted to be, are talking about stuff like including all those alien plots that had absolutely nothing to do with the original premise of the show?

On that note, did you ever watch X-men Evolution?

  • @dragonstormx The alien plots, the time travel plots... forcing in stupid characters like Cable and Gambit. Etc, etc.

I did watch X-Men Evolution, and while I definitely enjoyed it, it's not my favorite X-Men series. It was probably the best version of Apocalypse ever... a character I detest in most of his incarnations.

  • @GregXB3

You haven't said on many of your videos what your opinions of Superman TAS, Batman Beyond, or JLA. What do you think of those?

  • @dragonstormx Superman TAS is okay, Batman Beyond is the second best Spider-Man cartoon ever. And I loved the second season of JL and first two seasons of JLU.

  • @GregXB3

What don't you like about Apocalypse?

  • @dragonstormx I wrote a lengthy essay on this over at my blog. Short version, he's a dull, shallow, very poorly thought out, and uninteresting character

  • @GregXB3

You have an opinion on Onslaught? I've asked about him, but not gotten much info. What I can gather causes me to place him as a good idea that wasn't used to its fullest since in the end for all the build leading up to him he just seemed like a Magneto rehash.
