I noticed that KOAT uses the main theme for Hearst TV's News Music package "Where the News comes first" instead of Coverage You Can Count On even though that is their slogan. Why is that?

I suppose they use the "WTNCF" signature to fit in with the Action 7 News name (like, Action Se-ven News) instead of the "CYCCO" slogan.
