i took this for over a year and noticed no difference in this compared to a standard wal mart vitamin. i have felt and seen the difference in other universal supplements like cuts and stak but i think pak is just a way over priced standards vitamin split into more pills to make it look like you are getting more than you really are
Lol, if you use animal stak 1 not 2 just animal stak there are roids in because there are dht blockers to block the exchange from testosterone to ostrogen and so on!
And there stands a warning with you can get bann for using this because it changes the roids lvl!

@johnnysmack7 It's alot of pills because if you look at the ingredients, the pak is broken down individually. There's no multi's in it really, they are all individual ingredients. You said you take 2 paks a day? I think if you're under 210 or 220 lbs it's probably too much and you're just peeing it all away. Just remember nutrition is #1

I just started a 90 day transformation (not p90x), for my health and well being. And I've kinda dared myself to to show that if you have the drive, the determination and will to change, you can. I already show visible results in only 21 days but feel I eat at the wrong times...

Hey JR, great video as always my man! I was just wondering something.. If I'm about to start my cutting phase, would this be beneficial to helping keep/gain new muscle in the process? And can you take this the 30-45 mins before and still take Jack3d, too? Have a great one, buddy!

@WTFMiCHEAL wtf they seem to work of course they work some that are good are decca, winstrol, and trenbelone its your decision if you just seem that you cant gain mass eat as healthy and as you can train hard and are sore the next 2-3 days affter a workout and your not gainning cuz you got the luck of the draw DO IT!!!
