Andy has become my favorite character on this show. I love his story arc from being this strange, not-very-likeable guy with anger management problems. He's gone from that to being the regional manager now, and I think he's doing just as good a job as Michael - sometimes a better job (like he was willing to get the tattoo on his ass, Michael would not have.)
