As long as Israel occupies UNSC 242 areas of UNGA 181 State of Palestine, the war operations are Laws of Armed Conflict lawful. UNSC 242 is a UN Charter Chapter VII resolute law: Israel does not voluntarily comply; therefore, armed force compliance is the only option that Israel avails the international community and Palestinians.
