HE actually takes triple damage on the wake up hit it is something that has been proven just saying and yeah people can look at the games code

@darksteelone Damage and breaking must be separate then, because it takes the same number of bombing runs to break his horns whether you draw detonate or not.

In that case its probably better to draw in order to ensure you break his horns before killing him (unless of course your team really sucks and you're worried they'll all die).

i think sleep bombing is cheap, but it's the easiest way to get webbing, i think i might do it more often now cause i got the Morpheus Knife today even though i'm like HR64, i was just too lazy to get the bird wyvern gems

hey thanks for this video, I was playing with my friends, my first devil jho run at HR33, and while we had failed, they said I had some serious dodge skills, and that they would be useful to a gunner like me aganist this guy. I can see why.

finally, I have some questions about your gunner's style, does he focus on status or elemental attacks more during normal runs, and does he use the sneak skill?

I personally love sneak as a gunner.

I don't know the details but his gun's setup is

Frame: Blizzard Cannon (Dunno if that's plus or not, but it's rare4)

Barrel: Jhen Cannon

Stock: Chaos Wing

Mostly for Sleep, Para, Crag and/or Clust shots.

Great Alatreon run. Dang I tried doing this with some other guys and he wiped the floor with us. And to think I have to fight him to get HR 51. Just asking but what armor and skill set would be good against him?

Aside from that, I don't really have a preference because I practically have his patterns memorized.

The funny thing about Monster Hunter is that 12 minutes is considered FAST for beating a boss.

Monster hunter wikia says that the wake attacke is FAR stronger, but i dont know if it is 2x damage. But its true that it does alot more dammage, tested it alot.
