Im pleased you shaved your head with the razor ! Its alot more clean and smooth and you look good to. Although thats not the point ! It will open a whole new world for you being bald.
Your videos are incredibly inspiring Lindsay and such a motivation to others to follow the same path. It must have been an incredible experience to shave your head so thanks for sharing your journey. Are you likely to grow your hair again? Please keep posting.
@LLCraver haha cool. Wonder how long till it happens.
But anyways, question... Where do you draw the line? Do you hide behind the brand or style of the clothes you wear (like the hair/nose ring) and then start to only wear plain clothes??
@EODW1 good question...all i know is i don't want to be a "brand"! and i don't want to live my life by a certain "style"...so it's about being honest with myself about what my starting point is in the actions that i take. WHY do i want this brand? cause it will make me LOOK COOL, or express some IMAGE? those are all false realities and are perpetuating delusion and have the potential of supporting companies that are in no way out for the good of all people and equality but self-interest!
@EODW1 Once you break down and delete all the mental delusion reasons why you do things, then you can start to actually consider things from an unconditional starting point, and in relevance to all of existence, and not limited to a 'personal' mental 'existence' in perceived separation. Then you can see what is the outflows of who you live as, within the consideration that it is the outflows of who all of us together live as which manifest what is this reality as it is. ..
@EODW1 For example, what is the outflows of being directed by a system of judgment based on appearance- millions of bottles of shampoo going into our drinking water, millions of animals abused for testing those chemical products- shampoo, conditioner, makeup, etc. What we do for 'good looks' is 'not pretty'. It's fucked up.
Wow. This is one of the most amazing videos I have ever seen. It's given me so much to work with - the whole "hiding behind" issue is so huge, from physical appearance to affected mannerisms, to why we do so much of what we do - and yes, it is all based in fear. Which on the surface of it is so silly (the shallow little holes you mention!), yet seem so very hard to actually work through experientially. I realize I have a LOT I want to work on, and I really appreciate you sharing this, thank you.
@TheYewtreecottage thanks..."sharing is caring" and I know I'm not alone in my journey. So how can we feel like we're seeing the world for the first time - in every moment!?! BE HERE, STOP HIDING...DIG A WELLSPRING!
@LLCraver Yep. Your reply made me realizedI said I had stuff I "want" to work on... Time now for me to BE HERE, get that spade and start digging! :D Cheers.

If you were hardcore you'd shave the eyebrows too :)
Some women spend more time on those than their hair! Some even dye or bleach them, just watch America's Next Top Model!
IDK, you might look like an alien then.
