Gripen is higly effective figher while keepenig operating costs very low. Also it's very elegant. I think it's one of the best choices for MRFA (especially for relatively small european countries).Thank you Sweden (greeting form Czech Republic)!
@jonaslarsenninja Now when the Eurofighter Typhoon is in the contest I hope we will buy that one. I am a fan of SAAB planes, but the EF is just a more capable aircraft. In my opinion.
@Badger071 The Gripen is totally comparable to the EF from what we seen in Red-flags etc. So as a Brit I would take the Gripen despite what my fellow countrymen says!
@TheBeatnik1000 Yes I have heard about the red flag exercises etc. Denmark is now involved in more operations overseas....Libya, Afghanistan..I just feel that a twinengined fighter is more safe!
