Congrats on your success. WW Points is fabulous. Great advice. You do have to make this a life time change. So dieting is automatically out, because you can't restrict forever. Best way to go is portion control and regular exercise.

Only do what you can do forever. I think that is the most profound thing I've ever heard. It's not just a diet. It's for forever.Those who treat it like a diet will go back to eating the way they used to once they finish the diet..and the weight piles on. That's what I'm going to do. 40 pounds down in 5 months and I've been looking forward to eating 'properly' again. Well, that's just wrong. I'm going to start thinking of this as forever. Thank you!

Congrats!!!!!!!!! I've been on WW at least 3x's myself so this time I ordered the At Home Kit online, because I was a little embrassed to go back to the meetings. hey, i loved your video - guessin you are at your goal now :D this is the 2nd time im on weightwatchers and so far so good. lost 20lbs in 4 weeks and 12 inches, 8 of those are round my waist :) i go to the gym almost everyday and live of weight watcher meals. i have 70lbs to go till i reach my goal and hoping to do it by xmas. it al seems soo unrealistic until i came across your video.you have really inspired me to carry on and not give up :) you look amazing. thank you.

Only do what you can do forever. I think that is the most profound thing I've ever heard. It's not just a diet. It's for forever.Those who treat it like a diet will go back to eating the way they used to once they finish the diet..and the weight piles on. That's what I'm going to do. 40 pounds down in 5 months and I've been looking forward to eating 'properly' again. Well, that's just wrong. I'm going to start thinking of this as forever. Thank you!

I love that you did all this the right way. You don't have saggy skin or anything. You look awesome!!! It takes time and sometimes people have a hard time realizing this (like myself).

So I just came across your video and I love it!!!!! I have been doing WW for 3 months now and I've definitely had my good and bad days, but this is such a great video and gives me hope! I loove that you are a zumba fanatic too :) I do it 4-5 days a week. Ty for the motivation and congrats on your weightloss!!

Seeing how far you have come and how candid you are willing to be about your struggle is really inspiring, but what did it for me is how happy you are now and how happy your children are. You are such an inspiration. Like you, I had tried WW many times and was pretty successful once, until my dad died. It was a downward spiral from there. I figured, one day it will take, and I hope this is the time. Thank you for you words of encouragement and hope I can do that for someone else one day. :)

You have inspired me. I have been sort of on WW for 3 years; did well the first year (had no money LOL!) and then fell off the wagon. I now see that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Congrats!!!!!!!!! I've been on WW at least 3x's myself so this time I ordered the At Home Kit online, because I was a little embrassed to go back to the meetings. In addition, I'm starting an RN program in Jan. 2011. Hopefully, I'll be able to keep a balance between the two. Good Luck on reaching your goal mines is to lose 75 lbs in a year.
