I still maintain that a company of marines equipped with night vision goggles, body armour, rifles, grenades, mortars, machine guns, bazookas, Humvees, M1 Abrams tanks, predator drones, Claymore mines, poison gas cannisters, lasers and flamethrowers would give the death eaters a run for their money any day of the week. That giant seems to be a real danger to the wizards for instance, but a few 50 cal rounds could bring it down in a few seconds with no more difficulty than they would an elephant.

@harrypotterfan1135 This one is Courtyard Apocalypse because it is much heavier and more saddening because of the amount of destruction being done to the Castle.  Statues is earlier on when McGonagall begins protecting the school and ordering the statues to 'man the boundaries' It is similar to this, but not quite the same

I think there should of been way more scenes (should of hired either Peter Jackson or Michael Bay lol, Bay would just make Hogwarts split in half and start walking on legs bahah)

I do love how in this battle all those really expert spells that harry has mastered over the last few books (expecto patronas for example) people are all just using, I just thought it really brought all the films together that battle scene. Giant spiders, dementors, giants.

@Thomasveach95 Lavender and Padil were typically teenage girls who gossip about boys and horoscope but they were brave enough to fight Death Eaters and die for the good cause. Trelawney is a cool character too, she might not be as good as McGonagall but she did what she could with crystal balls on the head of Death Eaters and always showed plenty of bravery when questioned about her skills (Cough, Umbridge, Cough, althought her prophecy changed the whole Wizarding World).
