I used a Boss GT-8 multieffects for this one. However, i've been recently testing Guitar Rig 3 and sounds really really good. I'll probably use it in my next cover so you can compare.

Great job! This was my favorite track off that album - you sounds pretty close to the real thing. If my voice were a little bit higher, I'd have your (and Bono's) range, so I'm slightly jealous.

About the feeling thing, when I record these covers I obviously need to be very concentrated in order to achieve a good result, so, although my face doesn't express it when playing, believe me, I enjoy every single second more than anything.

Comparto tu opinión: musicalmente considero la versión en directo un... "crimen" ejem! Pero como bien dices, es parte del show y la única oportunidad que tiene Larry de huir de la bateria, asi que les perdonaré!

En el primer concierto estube en grada, pero en el segundo hice cola desde las 8 de la mañana. Mi número era el 407, pero tuve mucha suerte y estube en primera fila delante de Edge. Fué increible!

I believe I maybe guilty of using a bit too much reverb therefore causing this "hollow' sound. I'll speak to my music man miniedge and see if he has any suggestions. I will definitely keep this in mind for future recordings.

I've just noticed that he plays both chords, first the A minor and then the C for the ending. The funny thing is that before recording it, I played it with A minor, but then I watched the letterman live, and I probably listened to the last bar and said "oh, he does a C instead". What a disaster I am. Well, at least also fits the song.

You're also right about the bass, I don't have any bass equipment so I can't manage to get a good sound, but well, it's okay.
