It's just a piece of wood that has two tones. A tree's wood can change colour during it's growth for a number of reasons. Tom's guitars do have some unusual characteristices, but the construction of the sides is not one of them.
good, but look at the pompous looks those guys manage to maintain on their faces the entire time. They cant even open their eyes all the way theyre so in love with themselves. classical is such a self indulgent genre haha
Or perhaps you need to get past your ignorance about classical guitar as a SERIOUS musical genre. I have met both of these men, and they are NOT pompous at all, and are in fact extremely friendly and laid back, as well as willing to help. Until you understand MORE about what Classical Guitar is about, please shut your mouth and enjoy the music.

A pity the terrible sound drowns the finesse.
The Katona Twins also have the Fandango on YouTube with much better sound quality. Also a terrific reading! In my opinion the top duo of this moment.
