FYI the smasher type also have a spear that they can use for protection. It is attached to the smashing lobe and hidden pretty well. Next time yours molts find the smasher and really look at it. Got a nasty dagger it can unfold on the front side of the hammer.

@chorizo1337 ... They can live 15 to 20 years in the wild . sadly enough their lifespan is significantly reduced in captivity. about five years max im told. he was around 5" which is pretty fuckin big to get hit by. ps. he never once hit me. only my roomate and my girlfriend
