I have an andis master that seems to be losing power after cutting into a patch of hair too fast. sometimes it leaves a 2 lines of hair uncut. im sure its happened to ppl before. the blades are good. it's been doin this since i first bought it. i keep on havin to readjust the power lever during the haircut to fix it. is there a permanent fix for this?

do I do the same thing when I have attachments on like a #4 attachment...I wasnt sure what level the lever should be at when using #2, #3, and #4 attachments...this video kind of relates to the attachments being off but just want to make sure

i thought most clippers are half when open and the masters is a number 1 cuz i have the speedmasters and the blade open is shorther then my improved masters

so I have a question. I have been watching videos about fades and was wondering if the adjustible piece makes a size one clipper comb to a 1.5. I just bought an andis speed master on ebay and there are 8 combs. The ones are 1/16 which i beleive is a 0, 1/8-1...and so on. If I adjust the 1/16 will it go to a 1.5 or am I totally confused? The barbers on you tube just say things like hit it with a 1.5 and I have no idea what fraction that is and same as a 2.5. PLEASE HELP!!

The lever adds approx 1/16 to any guard... not really 1/2 way to the next size... except for a 1/16 and a 1/8... a 1/16 guard with the lever open is approx the same as a 1 guide comb.

i have the same clippers and i love them but i dropped the screw that is on top of the blades ...the one that holds the blades to the clipper and was wondering where can i get a replacement i have looked all over but no one seems to have one ..

Generally, yes. Fade master and PowerFade is 000 in the open position, but generally, yes.

Yes that is Speedie II ceramic.
