The one that I have is a Keely modded one. A bit more expensive, but worth it. The mod makes you have less gain then normal at low drive levels, normal gain in the middle, and more gain up top. SO the range of tones is more expansive than a normal TS9. With the tone about 1 oclock, and drive around 10 or 11 oclock, the sound is real warm. Turn it up and its more midranged/trebly, good for cutting through on solos
you get hellish tone just by using your fingers.

Yeah its Hendrix, and it was no distortion, just natural tube breakup until I added VERY LITTLE drive from the Tube screamer.
